Objective:To examined 168 cases of hospitalized neonatal serum 25 - hydroxyl vitamin D [25 (OH) VD] levels, serum immunoglobulin and complement levels and T lymphocyte subsets, To analysis and discuss about neonatal gestational age, birth weight, motherhood pregnancy influence factors such as vitamin D, calcium supplements, to analyze 25-(OH)VD level and the relationship between neonatal immune.Method: 200 newborns were collected in the neonatal ward hospitalized newborns of the second affiliated hospital of Kunming medical university from March 2014 to September 2014, excluding of the mother has heredity metabolic disease, kidney disease, long-term use of drugs, newborns has malformation, asphyxia of 32 cases,168 cases. At next morning to collect 5 ml venous blood, using tandem mass Spectrometry hyphonated to liquid chromatography systems (HPLC-MS/MS) detection of serum 25-(OH)VD level, combined with the humeral immune(IgG、IgM、complement C3、 complement C4)and the cellular immunity of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+%、 CD3+CD4+%、CD3+CD8+%、CD4+/CD8+ ratio)and so on, to analysis and statistics about neonatal gestational age, birth weight, motherhood pregnancy influence factors such as vitamin D, jaundice or not.Result: 1. The average level of 168 cases of neonatal serum 25-(OH) VD (D2+D3) is (12.94±3.73) ng/ml.2. Gestational age< 32 weeks,32-36 weeks gestational age, gestational age in 37-42 weeks of vitamin D levels were (8.46±0.82) ng/ml, (12.04±3.76) ng/ml,(13.72±0.82) ng/ml after comparing with each other, P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.3. Low birth weight and normal birth weight, infant vitamin D levels were (11.46±3.62) ng/ml, (13.47±3.71) ng/ml,(12.44±1.42) ng/ml. Birth weight affect vitamin D levels and normal birth weight in vitamin D levels above low birth weight, P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant,And macrocosmic of the vitamin D levels compared with other two group of newborns was respectively (P>0.05),there was no statistically significant difference.4.The mother added vitamin D and calcium supplements during pregnancy of regular supplement and pregnancy without vitamin D not regular supplement and calcium supplements neonatal serum and completely not added vitamin D levels were (10.25±2.69) ng/ml; (13.38±3.60) ng/ml; (14.58±3.46) ng/ml,after comparing with each group, P< 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.5. Neonatal jaundice group, without jaundice group of neonatal vitamin D levels were (13.37±0.82) ng/ml, (12.82±0.76) ng/ml,P< 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.6.The neonatal serum vitamin D levels and humeral immune IgC、IgM、C3、C4 respectively do correlation analysis, correlation coefficient, respectively,0.160、0.107、0.322、0.162, Neonatal serum vitamin D levels and IgG、C3、C4 were positively correlated, and no significant correlation with IgM.7. The neonatal serum vitamin D levels and T lymphocyte subsets CD3+%, CD3+CD4+%, CD3+CD8+%, CD4+ /CD8+ ratio respectively do correlation analysis, correlation coefficient, respectively,0.018、0.285、0.193、0.103, Neonatal serum vitamin D levels and CD4+%, CD8+% were positively correlated. Conclusion: 1. Neonatal serum 25(OH) VD level is generally low.The serum 25(OH) VD level of preterm infants is lower than full term infants.2. The neonatal serum 25(OH) VD level is strongly correlated with neonates’immune functions. Neonatal serum vitamin D level and IgG、C3、C4 were positively correlated, and no significant correlation with IgM.but the preterm infants and the full term infants have no difference between T lymphocyte subsets.3. Vitamin D level has influence on the neonate birth weight between low birth weight of serum vitamin D is lower than the normal birth weight.4. Motherhood vitamin D and calcium supplementation during pregnancy can affect the neonatal serum vitamin D level, and motherhood vitamin D supplements and calcium supplements during pregnancy and neonatal serum vitamin D level is higher. Motherhood not vitamin D supplements during pregnancy and neonatal serum 25(OH) VD Obviously on the low side for vitamin D level, lower than the diagnostic criteria proposed by foreign scholars.
