Table 1 shows the results, CD 133+tumor rate and tumor size were higher than CD 133".5.After the tumor tissue by HE staining can be observed scattered on CD133+ expression and cell membrane.Conclusion:CD133+ is a surface marker of gastric cancer stem cells for expression of CD133+ in gastric cancer detection, help assess the biological behavior of the tumor; CD133+ as a valid marker of gastric cancer stem cells.
