| Objective:This research detects the content of endotoxin in gingival crevicular fluid by ELISA in five situations, which are before the repairing of Ni-Cr alloy PFM, Co-Cr alloy PFM and Ti alloy PFM, and repairing those three PFMs after one week, one month,three months and six months respectively. As well as, evaluates the effect of three types of Non-noble Porcelain Fused towards on periodontal tissue.Method:30 cases of patient of Ni-Cr alloy PFM, Co-Cr alloy PFM and Ti alloy PFM for tooth-repairing has been selected respectively. Extract separately the gingival crevicular fluid before repairing and one week, three months, and six months after repairing from the 15 cases of patients to detecting the changes of endotoxin content.Result:1. In the Ni-Cr alloy PFM group, the endotoxin content increase accordingly when wearing temporary crown for a week. Compare with it, the endotoxin content of the gingival crevicular fluid decline and become stable gradually after wearing PFM for a month, three months and six months, however the endotoxin content is still higher than that before tooth preparation. And also, the endotoxin content in each period of time after wearing the PFM is higher compared with the other two groups.2. In the Co-Cr alloy PFM group, the endotoxin content will increase accordingly when wearing temporary crown for a week; the endotoxin content of the gingival crevicular fluid decline when wearing PFM for a month, but maintain a stable state from the third month to the sixth month, and also show no significant difference compared with the endotoxin content before the tooth preparation.3. In the t Ti alloy PFM group, the endotoxin content increase accordingly when wearing temporary teeth for a week as well; After wearing PFM for a month, three months and six months, the endotoxin content is stable relatively, which also show no significant difference compared with the endotoxin content before tooth preparation.Conclusion:1. Ni-Cr alloy PFM will play a certain role in affecting the content of endotoxin of gingival crevicular fluid, but it will not lead to significant clinical symptoms. However, it will be required to carry on research about whether or not it will cause the damages of periodontal tissue.2. Co-Cr alloy PFM has a little effect on the endotoxin content of gingival crevicular fluid, No significant difference is presented between 6 months after repairing and before repairing. it prompts the material has a slightly impact on the periodontal tissue.3. Ti alloy PFM has a slight effect on the endotoxin content of gingival crevicular fluid. There is no significant difference between 6 months after repairing and before repairing. it prompts the material has a slightly impact on the periodontal tissue.4. As a result of the endotoxin content increase accordingly when wearing temporary crown for one week, it is required to improve the quality of material of temporary crown and the method of making temporary crown. |
