Objective: To investigate the peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis on clearance of different performance on the i PTH, to find a more ideal dialysis for secondary hyperparathyroidism in chronic kidney disease patients, can help patients better control of hyperparathyroidism, avoid a series of adverse consequences caused by the disorders of calcium and phosphorus metabolism, so that patients with maintenance hemodialysis to improve the quality of life.Methods: the research object for the 2013 December to 2014 December in Wangnan Medical College affiliated yijishan hospital renal Department of internal medicine for treatment of end-stage renal disease patients, divided into two groups of 100 cases. All patients with hemodialysis for at least six months. Grouping: according to the different dialysis modalities for MHD group and CAPD group; follow-up of 1 years, before and after the changes of blood i PTH, serum calcium, phosphorus and calcium phosphorus product after 1 years of dialysis patients were observed in the law.Results: Patients with 1.CAPD after serum phosphorus levels in 1 years after regular hemodialysis compared with 1 years ago to drop, and there was significant difference between them(t=3.967, P<0.05), and MHD group patients were compared before and after no obvious significant difference, no statistical significance(t=4.873, P>0.05).2 after hemodialysis 1 years after treatment, serum calcium level in group MHD decreased a little, but after showed no statistical significance(t=1.629, P>0.05), and MHD group patients were compared before and after no obvious significant difference, no statistical significance(t=1.459, P>0.05). Two groups of patients before and after treatment results comparison shows, two in the process of dialysis, the blood calcium level basically stable, no fluctuations.3 the change of product of calcium and phosphorus in the 1 years of the comparison, CAPD group after the rule of peritoneal dialysis after 1 years of treatment, has been significantly reduced, and there is significant difference(t=3.190, P<0.05), group MHD in the dialysis after 1 years of treatment, calcium phosphorus product also has small decline, but no statistical significance(t=1.260, P>0.05)4 patients in the two groups was higher at the beginning of the study i PTH level of CAPD group, but 1 years later was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant((t=2.672, P<0.05)), while the patients in the MHD group after 1 years compared with 1 years ago, i PTH almost had no obvious change, the comparison between the two had no statistical significance(t=1.437, P>0.05),Conclusion: CAPD is more effective in removing blood phosphorus, ensure the serum phosphate concentration did not cause greater volatility than MHD removal of middle molecular substances(PTH) effect is more obvious, can more effectively control the secondary hyperparathyroidism. Therapeutic effect of CAPD is superior to MHD in the above aspects(p<0.05).
