Observe and record the appearance of the experimental rats, shrinkage leg bray reaction, foot swelling degree and HE staining under change.Clinical research,40 cases were collected, from jiangsu province hospital outpatient clinic patients, including 18 cases of male, 22 cases for women. The curative effect evaluation to nim horizon method.The results of the study:The result:(1) full volume before and after treatment group comparison, P= 0.00, P< 0.05, with statistical significance.2 leg braying reaction score before and after treatment comparison, P> 0.05, does not have statistical significance. (4) in serum IL - 17 a concentrations (Pmol/L):RA in the control group was 294.33 Pmol/L, RA 194.61 Pmol/L moxibustion group, IL - 17 in the control group was 357.99 Pmol/L, IL - 17 206.67 Pmol/L moxibustion group.Clinical results:the general situation of two groups of patients before treatment, clinical disease activity index has no statistical significance (P> 0.05), comparable. The total curative effect comparison of the two groups after treatment group total effective rate was 85%, control group total effective rate was 70%, the rank and inspection, P = 0.03, P< 0.05, both difference was statistically significant, suggesting the curative effect is better than that of control group.Conclusion:(1) combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy (moxibustion to match the medication) in patients with RA, than just taking western medicine (as this topic basis of clinical drug celebrex) more curative effect. |
