The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Ventricular Extrasystole With Coronarv Heart Disease By Jianpi Yangxin Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating syndrome of heart-spleen deficiency、Mind dystrophy type VPB with Coronarv Heart Disease through applying the Jianpi Yangxin Decoction and To explore its mechanism.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases). Shensongyangxin capsule were given to the control group. The experimental group was dosed Jianpi Yangxin Decoction. The course of clinical treatment is four weeks.Result: Compared with the control group, experimental group after treatment had remarkable effect upon improving electrocardiogram, 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG) and heart rates. There were significant differences(P<0.05).The effect on clinical symptom of The experimental group,including palpitation, chest tightnessand, fatigue, was greatly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion: Jianpi Yangxin Decoction has good curative effect on treating syndrome of heart-spleen deficiency、Mind dystrophy type VPB with Coronarv Heart Disease,can appease palpitation, chest tightnessand,fatigue, can effectively reduce the number of premature ventricular contractions, Improve the ECG ST-T. Its mechanism may be that Jianpi Yangxin Decoction can inhibite the self-discipline of ectopic pacemake, provide nutrition for myocardial,and improve the relationship of heart function.
