The Animal Experiment And Modern Literature Study On Acupuncture Therapy Treating Tension-type Headache

Objective: ①To find out the prescription law of acupuncture in treatment of TTH by classification and statistical process of modern literature from 1994 to 2014 years about acupuncture therapy treating TTH ②To explore the relationship between TTH and blood vessels’ relaxation and contraction function, then to illuminate the effective mechanism of acupuncture in treatment of TTH, by observing the influence of acupuncture on JOR’s amplitude and latency of rats with TTH and the change of NO and ET levels in blood plasma.Methods: Taking China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database as information retrieval source, the modern literature from 1994 to 2014 about TTH treated by acupuncture therapy were retrieved. By statistics, summary and analysis, the prescription law of acupuncture in treatment of TTH was summarized.50 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 rats in each group:blank group, mere-acupunture group,model group, feng-fu acupoint group and non-acpoint group.Except blank group,and mere-acupunture group,the remaining 3 groups used the method of injecting ATP into semispinalis capitis to set up the model of TTH. After modeling succeed, model group′s rats were treated with acupuncture into Fengfu,and non-acpoint group ones were treated with acupuncture into non-acupoint, then quantitative analysis on JOR amplitude and latency of TTH model rats was made and NO and ET levels in blood plasma was measured.Results: After analyzing the relative literature about acupuncture therapy treating TTH, the result shows: ①The top 10 poin ts used in high frequency are: baihui(GV 20), fengchi(GB20), taiyang,hegu(LI 4),taichong(LR 3), touwei(ST 8), ashi points, Shuaigu(GB 8) Sishengcong,shenting(GV 24). ②meridians showed up in higher frequency are: governor meridian,gallbladder channel of footshaoyang, significant extra points.③No matter TTH was treated with acupuncture only,or treated with both acupuncture and other therapies, the total effective rate was over 80 percentJOR’s amplitude was decreased in model group with ATP injected(P<0.05) and the shortened tendency of its latency was not significant(P>0.05),JOR’s amplitude was increased(P<0.05)and latency was shortened in Feng-fu acupoint group(P<0.05)too; JOR’s amplitude was increased in Non-acupoint group(P<0.05). The NO and ET levels of blank group and model group compared(P<0.05),and after acupuncturing into feng-fu acupoint, model group and feng-fu acupoint group compared(P<0.01)Conclusion: According to statistics, the prescription law of acupuncture in treatment of TTH is: ①Baihui(GV 20), fengchi(GB20), taiyang are most frequently used,while hegu(LI 4),taichong(LR 3) most frequently used points of extremes.②Acupuncture treating TTH should choose points that belong to meridians :governor meridian,gallbladder channel of footshaoyang and significant extra points more.Acupuncture could increase JOR’s amplitude and extend its latency, whose effective mechanism could be that acupuncture could decrease NO and ET levels in blood plasma of rats and relieve local muscle tension。...
