Objective:Through search the literature of different retaining needle time cooperate with related acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke, In order to achieve the following: Using the method of system evaluation of Cochrane, Objective evaluation of different retaining needle time for acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke and the effect of the clinical efficacy and safety, Provide reference basis for clinical decision making.Methods : Having devised the criteria for literature inclusion, exclusion, searchstrategies,We searched major databases(The Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, CENTRAL;Pub Med, EMBASE, SCI;Chinese Biomedicine Literature Database,CBM;China National Kno;wledge Infrastructure,CNKI; Wanfang Database; VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals) from their inception to December 31,2014. Retrievaling of literature, extract data and investigated and evaluated according to the principle, With the Rev Man software to synthesis data.Results:1.System evaluation of clinical curative effect:(1) At different time for retaining needle acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke in the aspect of improve the total effective rate, curative effect is best on retaining needle 60 minutes.(2) At different time for retaining needle acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke in the aspect of improve neural function defect scale, on the basis of security, retaining needle time not less than 60 minutes, curative effect is better.(3) At different time for retaining needle acupuncturetreatment of ischemic stroke in the aspect of improving the Barthel index: At present due to insufficient data, cannot form a conclusion.(4) At different time for retaining needle acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke in improving Fugl- Meyer movement function score : Retaining needle 6 hours, improve the FMA score better.(5) At different time for retaining needle acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke in improving daily life activities ability score method(ADL) : Retaining needle 6 hours, improve ADL score better.(6) At different time for retaining needle acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke in blood rheology : Retaining needle 60 minutes, curative effect is better.(7) At different time for retaining needle acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke in the improvement of MCA and PCA, VA, BA blood flow speed aspect: Retaining needle 60 minutes, curative effect is better.2. Safety index system of evaluation: In 9 randomized controlled trials,All failed to adverse reactions, adverse events happening in the safety report.Conclusion:Different retaining needle time clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke,Considerably improve the indicators on retaining needle 60 minutes.
