The Clinical Research On Treatment Of Chronic Superficial Gastritis With Disharmony Between The Liver And Stomach By Acupunture Therapy By Dispersing The Stagnated Liver-qi And Regulating The Spirit

Objective: To observe and evaluate the main clinical symptoms and SAS of patients with Chronic Superficial Gastritis with disharmony between the Liver and Stomach by Acupuncture therapy by Dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the spirit. In order to explore the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy by Dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the spirit on this disease.Methods: 66 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 33 cases in each group. The treatment group, treated by acupuncture therapy by Dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the spirit combinded with regular acupuncture therapy, found out Baihui(GV20)、Sishencong(EX-HN1)、Shenting(GV24)、Benshen(GB13)、Yintang(GV29)、Neiguan(PC6)、Taichong(LR3)、Zhongwan(CV12)、Zusanli(ST36)、Gongsun(SP4)、Qimen(LR14). The control group to the regular acupuncture therapy, found Zhongwan(CV12) 、 Zusanli(ST36) 、 Neiguan(PC6) 、 Gongsun(SP4) 、 Qimen(LR4) 、Taichong(LR3). Through the main clinical symptoms and SAS before and after treatment, the curative effects were observed. Finally, we dealt with the data by SPSS 17.0 and drew the conclusion.Result: 1. After a course of treatment, according to self-comparision of two groups in the scores of main clinical symptoms and SAS.Two therapies both had significant difference(P<0.05). Further, according to comparision among groups, in the scores of SAS,the diagnosis of pain, eructation, acid regurgitation two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).2. Treatment group and control group total effective rate were 90.3% and 80.6% respectively. After statistics analysis, the tip in the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture therapy by Dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the spirit combined with regular acupuncture therapy and regular acupuncture therapy were both effective methods to treat Chronic Superficial Gastritis with disharmony between the Liver and Stomach. The former was superior to the latter.
