Curative Effective Research On Treatment Of Acupoint Thread-pointing Joint Montelukast Sodium Infantile CVA

Objective ①To observe clinical curative effect on the treatment of infantile cough variant asthma using acupoint thread-pointing joint montelukast sodium;②To explore new ways to treat infantile CVA to increase long curative effect on children with CVA, reduce cough frequency of symptoms, and reduce the risk of a typical asthma; ③To provide a safe and effective basis for acupoint thread-pointing treatment of CVA children. Methods Collect accords with the standard set of CVA with a total of 72 cases, randomly divided into control group and treatment group, control group given basic treatment(Oral montelukast sodium chewable tablets), the treatment group given basic treatment plus acupoint thread-pointing, this test for 3 months for a period of treatment, follow-up 9 months after the treating. To cough symptoms integral, serum Ig E, serum levels of Ig A and the recurrence rate of follow-up after nine months as the main observing indexes, observe the two groups before and after the treatment of cough symptoms integral, serum Ig E, the changes of serum Ig A and recurrence rate after follow-up for 9 months, using SPSS20.0 statistical software for data processing. Results ①Treatment group’s ecent clinical control, efficiency and effectiveness are 32.3%, 41.9% and 32.3% respectively after treating, the control group is 27.6%, 13.8%, and 37.9%, treatment group total effective rate is 90.3%, control group total effective rate is 79.3%, so treatment group total effectiveness is better than the control group after treating, the two compared groups are statistically significant(P < 0.05), CVA is followed up for 9 months after treating, treatment group long-term recurrence rate is 7.1%, control group recurrence rate is 34.8%, the two compared groups are statistically significant(P < 0.05).②After treating and following for 9 months, cough symptoms integral comparison within and out of the groups has statistical significance(P < 0.05).③After treating and following for 9 months the two groups’ cough symptoms integral comparison within and out of the groups has statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion(1) Acupoint thread-pointing joint montelukast sodium treatment of infantile CVA clinical curative effect is better than that of single montelukast sodium treatment in the near future curative effect and long-term prevention.(2) Acupoint thread-pointing can reduce serum Ig E, improve the level of serum Ig A, improve the Acupoint thread-pointing treatment of infantile CVA is more easily operated, has higher safety, and has a better prospect of promotion.
