Study Of Clinical Effect Of Early Enteral Nutrition In The Treatment Of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective: To evaluate the advantage of EEN in the treatment of patients with SAP.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 83 SAP patients in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2015. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group was treated with early parenteral nutrition and EN. The experimental group was treated with early enteral nutrition. By examining the changes of routine blood test, blood biochemical parameters, immunity, severe pancreatitis scores of the two groups on the 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th day after admission, incidence rate of complications, cure rate, death rate, admission day and medical fee were recorded. The experimental datas were analyzed by X2 test, ANOVA analysis, T test and so on.Result: By comparing the changes in WBC, Ca2+, TG, LDH, PA, ALB, CRP, PTC, local complications and severe pancreatitis scores of the two groups on the 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th day after admission,all indexes of experiment groups were better than that of the control group, which was of great statistical significance(P<0.05). Comparison of the two groups of patients cure rate and mortality, the cure rate was higher in the experimental group, the experimental group, the mortality rate was slightly lower than in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05); The average days of hospitalization between the two groups of patients, hospitalization expenses and complication rates, The average days of the experimental group are shorter than the control group, hospitalization expense of the experimental group are little than the control group, complication rate in the experimental group are little than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: EEN can reduce admission day and medical fee and decrease complications in the treatment of patients with SAP.
