Clinical Observation Of Ossotide Lnjection For Treating Primary Osteoporosis With Acupoint Injection

ObjectiveThe subject use the ossotide injection to treat the primary osteoporosis with acupoint injection,and observes the changes of Symptom score(SF-36),BMD,β-Crosslaps,and PINP before and after treatment in patiens,to evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupoint injection of ossotide injection to treat primary osteoporosis,and explore its mechanism in the treatment of primary osteoporosis. MethodsTo select 40 cases of patients with primary osteoporosis who were treated in Wuhan City Hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and acupuncture from 2013 June to 2014 December,the selected patients were accorded with the diagnostic standard of the subject and the inclusion criteria,the patients wwere randomly divided into the acupoint injection group and the drug group,each of 20 case.The acupoint injection group:take the lumbar Jiaji points(L1, L3, L5) or(L2, L4, S1), Zusanli(both sides), Xuehai(both sides), KunLun(both sides), Taixi(both sides), Ashi point.The ossotide injection was injected with acupoint injection in the above points,0.5mL-1mL for each acupoint injection,1 every other day,3 times a week(Weekend breaks),4 weeks for 1 courses, 6 courses of treatment.The drug group:Patients were given Caltrate D tablets, 1 tablets each time, 1 times daily, chewing, 1 months for a course, 6 courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,we observed and analyzed the changes of Symptom score(SF-36),BMD,β-Crosslaps,and PINP in patiens. Results(1) After 6 courses of treatment, the simplified SF-36 scale scores of two groups were improved significantly(P<0.01); the point injection group improved more significantly than the drug group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2) After 6 courses of treatment, the BMD of the acupuncture point injection group improved significantly(t=-1.711, P<0.05), the BMD of the drug group had no significant change(P>0.05), the difference between two groups was statistically significant(t=-3.023, P<0.01).(3) After 6 courses of treatment,the PINP of two groups were improved significantly(P point injection group <0.01, Pdrug group <0.05);the point injection group improved more significantly than the drug group, the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.01). the β-Crosslaps of two groups were decreased significantly(P point injection group <0.01, Pdrug group <0.05),the β-Crosslaps of the point injection group decreased more significantly than the drug group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.01). ConclusionThe results showed that The clinical efficacy of Ossotide Lnjection treating primary osteoporosis with acupoint injection is exact,it can effectively improve the quality of life and the bone density of patients with primary osteoporosisits,its mechanism of action may be related to adjust the activity between bone cells and osteoclast activity,to restore the balance of bone metabolism in patients.
