The Clinical Study Of Modified Xuanfu Daizhetang In The Treatment Of Hiccup After Ischemic Stroke

Objective:By observing integral of hiccup,integral of ingress before and after treatment and the working time,course of treatment,cure rate,efficiency of hiccup after ischemic stroke, to elucidate the curative effect of the modified Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction in the treatment of hiccup after ischemic stroke.Methods:60 cases of patients with hiccups after ischemic stroke who were treated in our hospital encephalopathy between 2013 March to 2015 February were admitted for the study,and distributed into groups according to the tenet of random. The patients were distributed into modified Xuanfu Daizhetang Combined with chlorpromazine group(referred as plus traditional Chinese medicine group) for 31 cases and chlorpromazine group(referred as the western medicine group) for 29 cases. Give the cases the symptomatic treatment and treatment of ischemic stroke in accordance with the 2010《Chinese cerebrovascular disease prevention guide》after the groups were been done. Western medicine group was given to Chlorpromazine Hydrochloride Tablets,3 times a day, 12.5mg once. Given the plus traditional Chinese medicine group modified Xuanfu Daizhetang on the bases of treatment of the Western medicine group, adding and subtracting with different syndrome of ischemic stroke according to 《Guide for common diseases in department of internal medicine of TCM—syndrome of TCM》compiled by China Association of TCM in 2008.Each agent decocted for 400 ml,the patient took 200 ml respectively in morning and evening. The course of treatment of the two groups did not exceed 7 days. After the study, two groups were contrasted for hiccup scores, diet condition score from beginning and end of treatment and compared the cure rate, the total effective rate, onset time, course of treatment, hiccup scores and dietary status of integration after treatment.Results:In this project, the two groups’ TCM syndrome integral were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the diet condition score were promoted(P<0.05).After treatment,the cure rate and total efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than the western medicine groups’(P<0.05);compared with the western medicine group,the integrals both TCM syndrome and diet condition of the traditional Chinese medicine group were improved significantly(P<0.05).the onset time and the course of contrast of traditional Chinese medicine group were shorter than the western medicinegroup’(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Modifided Xuanfu Daizhetang in treatment of hiccup after ischemic stroke is reliable. Modifided Xuanfu Daizhetang can effectively improve the symptoms of hiccup and status of diet, and improve the quality of life of the patients.By means of reducing the impact of hiccup after ischemic stroke,it can promote the rehabilitation of ischemic stroke patients obviously, So,it is worh of being popularized in clinical treatment.
