| Objective: according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine system, combined with modern medicine for community-acquired pneumonia clinical research, observation of Qingfei Decoction combined western medicine specification in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia(phlegm heat indicates pulmonary syndrome) compared with the pure western medicine treatment, both before and after the treatment of patients with clinical symptoms, signs, leukocyte count, neutrophil count, C- reactive protein and chest CT imaging examination and other related indicators, evaluation of clearing lung decoction in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia(phlegm heat indicates pulmonary syndrome) in the clinical curative effect, and clinical value in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia.Methods: in accordance with community-acquired pneumonia clinical diagnostic criteria of western medicine in TCM syndrome differentiation of phlegm heat indicates pulmonary 60 patients, randomized, controlled trial was adopted to design method, the patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group, treatment group Chinese medicine qing lung soup joint standardization anti-infection treatment, western medicine control group using pure western medicine anti-infection treatment of standardized treatment, treatment for 14 days, observed in two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical symptoms and signs, hou to improve the situation, laboratory examination index, chest CT absorption rate and adverse reactions were found in the treatment process. Before 4 chest CT imaging examination, treatment inflammatory exudate of shadow, two sets of chest CT imaging examination no statistical difference(P > 0.05); Inflammatory exudate of the two groups after treatment of chest CT film are improved, with statistical significance(P < 0.05); Treatment group lung CT inflammatory exudation shadow for the absorption rate is superior to conventional western medicine treatment group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). 5.
