Currently osteoarthritis(Osteoarthritis, OA) is a degenerative disease, mainly in elderly patients, The clinical experiments have proved that the former patients with osteoarthritis, Intervention with physics approach is a feasible method. Among them, the electromagnetic fields of osteoarthritis intervention is a kind of physics method. Along with the continuously go deep into contemporary biology studies the theoretical basis of magnetic field, its research results will be applied to practice.Bone mechanics is an important branch of biomechanics, Study of mechanical properties of bone tissue under the action of external force and the biological effect of bone, is a basis of reliable evaluation of bone. So in this paper, through the study of rabbit femoral bone volume and changes of femoral mechanical performance evaluation, and using COMSOL software simulation magnetic field distribution around the rabbit femoral. Combined with the experimental data and the results of simulation analysis of the effect of magnetic field on the risk of osteoarthritis rabbit femoral impact. This experiment three New Zealand white rabbit were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group(2) and control group(1 only). Experimental right hind legs of adult New Zealand white rabbit femoral articular cavity injection concentration of 3% of papain make its destruction of articular cartilage, established a typical model of OA, and then put the experimental rabbits in magnetic therapy box physical intervention, control group normal breeding does not participate in the experiment. Compared with experiment data, the simulation result was consistent with the experimental data.Compared to the trends of 25 Hz curve, physical intervention with 75 Hz of the right hind leg femur of rabbit change curve more tends to control group by CT scan results can be seen after the fight drugs. By three-point bending test results can be seen that The right hind femur of rabbit with 75 Hz magnetic were higher than 25 Hz magnetic rabbit in Maximum load, Breaking strength and Maximum bending normal stress. Conclusion: 75 Hz magnetic field in the repairing of OA is more effective than the rabbit 25 Hz magnetic field.
