Objective: To impart antimicrobial properties of light-cured composite resin, reducing the occurrence of secondary caries after composite resin filling, this experiment will be a threedimensional structure has a special tip Nano grade, wear resistance, and other enhanced features make tough a variety of bacteria resistant to inorganic antibacterial agent T-ZnOw different than adding to the clinical quality light-cured composite resin by the mechanical properties of the modified four-like zinc oxide whisker composites, antimicrobial resistance and antimicrobial long-term nature, and provide experimental evidence for the preparation of antibacterial properties of photosensitive materials.Methods: This study will form a composite T-ZnOw mass ratio of 0%, respectively, 1%, 3%, 5% and 10% by uniformly mixed in anhydrous ether solution ring clinical photo-curable composite resin by solution mixing method, By curing light curing, and then to observe the antimicrobial agent in the light-cured composite resin dispersion case, the addition ratio of the bending strength of different composite material, changes in microhardness, to observe the antibacterial agent to the photosensitive material by scanning electron microscopy the role of the mechanical properties of the experimental observation by adding bacteriostatic antimicrobial agent after the photosensitive material changes in antimicrobial resistance through the composite material immersed in artificial saliva 37 aging 180 days to observe the long℃-term antibacterial antibacterial composite materials. With the increase of the mechanical properties of detected T-ZnOw added amount of bending strength after light curing the material first increases and then decreases. Wherein the bending strength of 5 wt.% Group, amounting 123.70 MPa, compared with the other groups was significantly improved. 1 wt.%, No significant difference(P> 0.05) 10 wt.% With the control group, 3 wt.% Compared with the control group, a significant difference(P <0.0 5) groups. Microhardness with increasing amount of T-ZnOw also showed a decreasing trend after the first increase. Wherein 5 wt.% Of the group reaches the maximum hardness is 80.01 MPa, compared with the other groups was significantly improved. There was no significant difference(P> 0.05) 1 wt.% Group and control group. 3 wt.% Group, 10 wt.% Group than in the control group had significant changes(P<0.05). Inhibition experiments showed that with the increase in the amount of T-ZnOw add composites modified Streptococcus mutans inhibitory rate, inhibitory effect was positively correlated with the amount added, the highest inhibition rate of 10 wt.% Group up to(98.94 ± 0.25)%, the experimental group than in the control group showed significant changes(P<0.05). Inhibition experiments showed that the inhibition rate of longterm changes in the aging treatment group, only 10 wt.% Composite group was significantly(P <0.05), compared with other age groups unaged group did not change significantly(P> 0.05).Conclusion:(1) T-ZnOw add mass ratio of 1%, 3%, 5%, more uniform dispersion in the photocurable resin, there have been additional agglomeration.(2) T-ZnOw add mass ratio of 5% of the maximum bending strength and micro-hardness, antibacterial rate with T-ZnOw added to increase the amount rising balance of power, but the 10 wt.% Of the group’s long-term than other antibacterial group difference.
