Objective:To detect the dynamic changes of serum levels of IL 10 for a period of time in patients with hepatic hydatid disease before and after operations, and explore the clinical significance of the expression of IL-10 in the liver cystic hydatid disease’s occurrence, development and prognosis. Methods:Study 30 cases patients with cystic hydatid who need to receive surgery therapy, and divide them into two groups: group 1: before surgery, group 2:1 week after surgery, group 3:1 month after surgery, group 4:3 months after surgery and group 5:control group. Collect venipuncture blood respectively, then centrifuge serum by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) to detect the expression of IL-10.Results:The serum levels of IL-10 in cystic hydatid liver compared with the normal group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); the IL-10 expression levels of group 1were higher than the preoperative group, the IL-10 expression levels of group 3 were lower than the preoperative group, but higher than the normal group, the group in March after IL-10 expression levels tend to fall close to the normal group, the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Interleukin-10 is an important human immune regulatory factor, and its expression levels in patients with hepatic hydatid cyst were higher than healthy people. After the excision of hepatic hydatid cyst, may be due to inflammation surgery, the stimulation results in the expression level of IL-10 rising in a short time, but after the disappearance of the parasite antigen stimulation, the expression level of IL-10 decreased gradually, then become normal.
