With the development of metallurgy, chemical industry, medicine industry and so on, dangerous environment of toxic and harmful gases and organic solvent consumption is also growing. In the manufacturing process, if the poisonous and harmful gases and organic solvent leakage occurs, and evaporate into the air, what will directly endanger the people who is exposing or touching in the toxic and harmful gases. Dangerous Gas detection equipment, which can be sensitive detection to the dangerous environment of toxic and harmful gases and organic solvent content, will remind staff take timely measures and processing of field leakage, it is a very important to protect environment and people’s life safety.How to accurately detect the poisonous and harmful gas, is installed in the operating position of organic vapor alarm, enhanced security alarm system, is a research topic for domestic urgent. This paper was working from the daily experience and the actual work needs, according to the toxic and harmful gas standard material production cycle is long, the preservation period short, expensive, research method of preparation of standard substance corresponding to facilitate detection work. We use the dilution gas distribution device for gas standard substances of known with high concentration and high purity liquid standard substances were diluted, thought what we can conveniently and efficiently obtain the required each concentration point, provides the convenience for the actual site verification.The research content of the thesis is divided into two parts: the first part is studying on the preparation methods of methanol, acetone, ethanol and other combustible organic vapor gas standard material. Through the test equipment calibration device of organic dangerous environmental gas, can prepare gas standard material of known concentration at room temperature and pressure. The second part is studying on the method of standard gases preparation of hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, chlorine and other toxic gases. Serial dilution method using dynamic method, the known higher concentration of standard gas can be diluted by dynamic dilution device, thus obtained the necessary gas standard material with low concentration points.Gas standard material above two kinds what with high accuracy, numerical stability, good uniformity, reliable uncertainty, can be convenient to practical application of verification work, provides traceability security effective for verification of toxic and harmful gas alarm.
