Objective: A retrospective analysis bilioenteric Roux-en-Y biliary-enteric anastomosis and inside(the duodenum) bridge drainage in the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice differences related indicators for malignant obstructive jaundice patients palliative surgical treatment choose to provide valuable reference. Methods: Hospital for nearly 10 years(2003-2013) line bilioenteric Roux-en-Y anastomosis and biliary-enteric(duodenum) in the bridge drainage in the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice were 69 cases. Using statistical principles were retrospectively analyzed, before comparing the two procedures, postoperative changes in serum bilirubin, operative time, blood loss, length of stay, hospital costs, survival time, statistically significant incidence of complications, provide a reference for malignant obstructive jaundice patients palliative surgical treatment options. Results: The patients and postoperative biliary-enteric drainage bridge group within seven days of serum bilirubin anastomosis group were significantly decreased and there is significant difference(P <0.05). And from the 10 th day, in the bridge drainage serum bilirubin, compared cholangioenterostomy group is more obvious and statistically significant(P <0.05). Cholangioenterostomy bridge drainage group within the group and operative time, hospital stay, postoperative survival time was no significant difference(P> 0.05), the two groups were significantly different amount of bleeding(P <0.05). Hospital costs, complication rates not were significantly different(P >0.05), in the bridge drainage economic complications than drainage group. Conclusion: The bridge drainage than a Roux en Y anastomosis one, simple operation, and rapid clinical recovery; internal bridge drainage, recent clinical results affirmed the long-term treatment results were satisfactory, but we believe that in the bridge drainage surgery has its more favorable treatment for biliary and pancreatic enteric drainage provides yet another ideal surgical procedures.
