Objectives: Flow cytometry was used to detect the peripheral blood of patients with tuberculous pleurisy and pleural effusion CD3, CD4, CD8, T lymphocyte subsets, the statistics of their total T cell percentage and CD4 / CD8 ratio. Analysis of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with tuberculous pleurisy changes in peripheral blood and pleural effusion and clinical significance. Methods: The first experiments selected according to the diagnostic criteria of tuberculous pleurisy, selected 50 patients hospitalized in Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University Respiratory Department of internal medicine tuberculosis area as the experimental group, selected 50 cases in our hospital physical examination center of healthy subjects as a control group of objects. Collect the peripheral blood of 50 patients with pleural effusion as the experimental samples, collected the peripheral blood of 50 healthy subjects as control samples, in addition to the 50 cases of patients with a course of treatment(6 months) of the anti tuberculosis treatment after collected peripheral blood as experimental specimens. Detection of CD3, CD4, CD8 T lymphocytes by flow cytometry, the results were statistically analyzed. Results: 1.Healthy subjects and peripheral blood CD3, CD4, CD8 T and CD4/CD8 lymphocyte ratio, tuberculous pleurisy in the peripheral blood of patients with CD3, the percentage of CD4 T cells and the ratio of CD4/CD8 is reduced, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, the percentage of CD8 T cells increased slightly or unchanged, no significant changes, no statistical significance; 2.Patients with tuberculous pleurisy pleural effusion of T lymphocyte subsets compared with healthy controls, pleural effusion of T lymphocyte subsets in CD8 T cells decreased slightly, the other proportion increased, the CD3, CD4 T lymphocytes accounted for an average percentage of total T lymphocytes were 78.63%, 56.09%, the ratio of CD4/CD8 increased, the CD4 T lymphocyte change significantly, the P values are less than 0.05, there was statistical significance; 3.Patients with tuberculous pleurisy pleural effusion CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 detection value and the peripheral blood detected and compared with the results of, CD3, found in pleural effusion of CD4 T lymphocytes increased significantly, CD8 cells increased significantly, the ratio of CD4/CD8 increased significantly, but the P values are less than 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The combination of the above 1 and 2, reduce the tip of tuberculous pleurisy in patients with peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and T lymphocyte subsets in vivo to tuberculosis lesions are closely related to raise; 4.Groups of patients before and after treatment of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were compared, the result shows that in CD8 T cells did not change significantly, the T value is 1.972, P value was 0.054, no statistical significance, other CD3, CD4 T cells, CD4/CD8 increased in different degree, P values were less than 0.05, there was statistical significance, prompt positive anti tuberculosis treatment is conducive to impaired T lymphocyte subsets recovery; 5.No obvious relationship between subsets of 5 patients with tuberculous pleurisy of peripheral blood CD3, CD4, CD8, T lymphocytes and the patient’s age and gender, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: 1.CD3, CD4, CD8 T lymphocytes and the ratio of CD4/CD8 in peripheral blood of patients with tuberculous pleurisy and pleural effusion are changes, in the peripheral blood of the patients with decreased to different extents, in patients with pleural effusion showed different degrees of increase, no matter in the peripheral blood of patients with pleural effusion or changes in CD4 T lymphocytes was most significant; 2.After 6 months of active anti tuberculosis treatment, in peripheral blood of patients with CD3, CD4, CD8, T lymphocyte subsets function are different degrees of improvement, contributes to recovery of disease; 3.Changes in peripheral blood of patients with tuberculous pleurisy and pleural effusion CD3, CD4 and CD8 T lymphocytes in the pathogenesis of the, no obvious relationship with age, gender, lymphocyte subsets further showed that T(CD3, CD4, CD8) changes in peripheral blood of patients with tuberculous pleurisy and pleural effusion is not affected by age and gender affect patients; Play an important role in CD3, CD4, CD8 T lymphocytes in anti tuberculosis infection process, its function is low or balance disorders are not conducive to the recovery of patients with tuberculous pleurisy, appropriate to improve the immune function of T lymphocyte subsets, help to improve the therapeutic effect of tuberculous pleurisy, in addition of T lymphocyte subsets is expected to become a clinical marker for diagnosis of tuberculosis pleurisy.
