Objective:Organized Wu quanshen professor’s syndrome about differentiation features,diagnoses ideas and experience of clinical drug in treatment of early embyo arrest,summarize the acade mic thoughts in treatment in this disease,in order to enrich the theory and methods in TCM treat early embyo arrest.Systematic collected clinical data about early embyo arrest,used retrospective analysis methods,through objective indexes to evaluate clinical effect about use tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen method treat early embyo arrest before pregnancy.To clear tonifying kid ney and strengthening spleen method’s mechanism in prevent early embyo arresthappening again,Discuss theoretical basis about treating early embyo arrest before pregnancy through the function of Spleen and kidney and blood,to provide new research ideas and methods for Chinese medicine treating this disease.Method:By following tutor’s clinical study,recorded tutor’s prescription medication and analysis speak to typical cases at the same time,read extensively literatures about early embyo arrest, summarizes tutor’s experiences in treatment of early embyo arrest.Select 52 cases of patients who have had early embyo arrest in Gansu provincial hospital, Affiliated hospital of gansu University of Chinese Medicine for clinical observation during the period from May 2013 to January 2015.All the patients did not use hormone for fetus protection when they first visited the doctor.According to the treatment before their pregnancy,divide patients into two groups and observe the blood serum levels of P、E2 and the end. the patients(kidney deficiency type) are divided into two groups according to the treatment before their pregnancy, one is TCM treatment group in which all of 32 patients was for the treatment of bushes zhuyun recipe for 3 to 6 nuonths, the other is control group In Which all of 20 patients did not have any treatment of C hinese medicine. We use the retrospective case-control study method in this study and analyze the difference of blood serum E2、P、β ﹣HCG and the success rate of pregnancy between the groups mentioned above.Result:This thesis is mainly composed of five parts. 1.The successful pregnancy rate of treatment group was 93.75%,and control group was 75%,Differenc of s uccessful pregnancy rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.It is showed that the levels in serum of P was significantly higher in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).3.It is showed that the levels in serum of E2 was significantly higher in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).4.Differenc of β-HCG level in serum between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tutor diagnoses this disease’s pathogenesis Attach importance to Spleen and kidney deficiency,lack of blood,embryonic malnutrition;The treatment principal of this disease is to f ocus on prevention,both prevention and treatment;treatments by phases,before nonpregnant pr ecaution,after already pregnant prevent miscarriage, clinical practice has obtained a more satis factory curative effect.Tutor treatment embryonic stop fertility by tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen method, preventive conditioning 3﹣6 menstrual cycles before pregnancy, To regulate luteal function by improve the estrogen, progesterone’s level after pregnancy, Significantly improved the success rate of fetus protection after pregnant again; Tutor through tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen method conditioning before pregnancy to prevent recurrence of embryonic stop fertility’s efficacy is undoubted.
