| Objective:To explore the effects of GANT61 on proliferation, apoptosis and migration of human gastric cancer cells by inhibiting Hedgehog signaling pathway. Methods:Detected cell proliferation viability by MTT, cell apoptosis by flow cytometry and cell migration ability by cell scarification experiment after treatment with GANT61.Expression of Gli1 was determined by western blot after treated with GANT61. Results:With the treatment of 20umol/L GANT61, the proliferation viability was decreased and migration ability was reduced, the cell apoptosis was increased in the gastric cancer cells. The expression of Gli1 in GANT61 group was lower than that in control group. Conclusion:GANT61 can effectively inhibit the proliferation, apoptosis and migration ability of gastric cancer cells by blocking Hedgehog signaling pathway. |
