Objective:To study the expression and clinical research by detecting PLCE1 in the nose mucosa membrance of patients with rhinallergosis, and to further explore the role of PLCE1 under the foundation and cure in allergic rhinitis.Methods:1.According to the diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria of allergic rhinitis, collect 30 turbinate nasal mucosa specimens of patients to meet the requirements of allergic rhinitis with hypertrophic rhinitis or nasal polyps for the trial group; and select 26 examples of septum nasal deviation mergers bastard turbinate hypertrophies bastard turbinate mucosa specimen of patients as control groups; collected the same period of 25 turbinate nasal mucosa specimens of patients to meet the requirements of allergic rhinitis with hypertrophic rhinitis or nasal polyps and preoperative topical nasal corticosteroids two weeks for the hormone control group.2. Using the immune tissues chemical to measured the show of PLCE1 in noise mucosa of allergic rhinitis and dominate groups, and statistical analysis of topical nasal corticosteroids and clinical classification affect its expression.Results:1.The high expression rates of PLCE1 in allergic rhinitis group and the control group of normal mucosa and nasal steroid group were 83.3%, 15.4% and 24.0%,the high expression rates of PLCE1 in allergic rhinitis group and the control group of normal mucosa and nasal steroid group had significant difference(P <0.001);the high expression rates of PLCE1 in the control group of normal mucosa and nasal steroid group was no strikingly diverse(P >0.05).2.The high expression rates of PLCE1 in allergic rhinitis group by clinical classification(intermittent allergic rhinitis, all the year around periodic rhinitis) were 82.4%, 84.6%, the difference was no strikingly diverse(P> 0.05).Conclusions:1. The expression of PLCE1 in periodic rhinitis noise tissues is significantly taller than in normal noise tissue, suggesting that it may be implicated in the development of periodic rhinitis.2.Compared with periodic rhinitis group, the nasal PLCE1 convey was obvious raised after preoperative topical nasal glucocorticoid,suggesting that glucocorticoid prevent the convey of PLCE1, which may restore the immunes balances of period rhinitis, reaching therapeutic purposes.3. Still can not believe that the allergic rhinitis clinical classification(intermittent allergic rhinitis, and perennials period rhinitis) affects the expression of PLCE1,it’s benefit to further understanding the system inflammatory responses in periods rhinitis.
