Sevoflurane For Elderly Patients With Gastric Cancer Perioperative Immune Function

Purpose:According to some study confirms that anesthesia in elderly patients with gastric cancer after surgery, the immune function has a different degree of inhibition, in which more research that pure general anesthesia group is most obvious, there are also studies that general anesthesia compound epidural anesthesia can slightly reduce the influence of drugs in elderly patients with gastric cancer perioperative. Based on current there is no conclusion, so this research discuss sevoflurane anesthesia of elderly gastric cancer patients stress and immune function.Methods:60 cases of elderly patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group, control group using propofol and fentanyl anesthesia to maintain, observation group using the sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia to maintain, compared two groups of blood dynamics,immunological indexes, inflammatory factor, myocardial enzyme index, postoperative recovery and adverse reactions. So data for statistical analysis, measurement data using mean + /- standard deviation(x + s) said, the repeated two-factor variance analysis is compared between group, group comparing single factor analysis of variance with repeated measurement, count data by chi-square test, inspection level setting of alpha= 0.05. Using SPSS13.0 statistical software package for data analysis and processing,P < 0.05 for the difference is statistically significant.Results:(1) observation group compared with control group, before anesthesia induction(T0), cut the skin(T1), bi(T2), tube drawing(T3) point in time when the bloodpressure, heart rate and RPP had no statistical significance(P > 0.05). Two groups during after pull out urinous catheter of swallowing recovery time, spontaneous breathing recovery time, waking time, extubation time, postoperative adverse reactions were no statistical significance(P > 0.05). Compared with the basis of value before anesthesia, two groups of CD4 +, CD8 +, CD4 + / CD8 + and NK were gradually decline, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). But the observation group of CD4 +,CD8 +, CD4 + / CD8 + and NK in the art of bi, 24 h after operation, 36 h were higher than control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(3) compared with the basis of value before anesthesia, two groups of IL- 6, TNF alpha, IL- 8 are gradually rising trend, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). But the observation group of IL- 6, TNF alpha, IL- 8 in the art of bi, 24 h after operation, 36 h are lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The anesthesia effect of sevoflurane anesthesia for the elderly patients satisfaction,and the immune stress affects small, is a kind of safe and reliable way of anesthesia.
