| Objective:1. Morphology index of all the non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) patients were measured through post-treatment analysis software of three-dimensional volume measurement technology by Syngo-via workstation MM Oncology. According to the New CT response criteria(NRC), patients were divided into groups-effective and ineffective groups and were compared variations of index before and after chemotherapy.2. Analyse the data got from dual energy CT technology on the effective and ineffective treatment groups before and after chemotherapy in patients, energy parameters were compared between the arterial phase and venous phase(iodine coverage values of arterial phase and venous phase, iodine concentration, normalized iodine concentration of arterial phase and venous phase), analyse efficacy evaluation value of different parameters in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) patients after chemotherapy.3. Wide-ranging study of three-dimensional amount measurement method united with dual energy imaging technique of dual source CT, to confer medical indicative value offered by the technology on non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods:Seventy-one cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients who were pathologically confirmed in Shanxi Dayi Hospital from October 2013 to December 2014 expected idential treatment, and figures was complete before and after chemotherapy. In this paper, a retrospective analysis figures of 71 cases were recorded before and after chemotherapy, and the figures were analyzed by statistics. This research was divided into effective and ineffective treatment groups according to the efficacy, and data were recorded of the two groups before and after treatment: iodine coverage value and iodine concentration values of arterial phase and venous phase, maximum diameter of lesions on plain CT, the average CT value, normalized iodine concentration of arterial phase and venous phase, to evaluate chemotherapy effect of NSCLC. Results:1. Comparisons before and after chemotherapy treatment indicated that the longest diameter change rate(%) of the two groups(effective group and ineffective group) respectively were-17.43 ± 10.54ã€21.18 ± 12.27; unenhanced scan CT value with average change rate(%) of the two groups respectively were-19.87 ± 10.81ã€-11.69 ± 10.25.2. Comparison analysis before and after the treatment in its own group indicated that: normalized iodine concentration(%) and iodine coverage value of effective treatment group in arterial phase respectively were(6.62 + 5.10) and(12.73 + 10.78) HU after treatment,(9.03±4.18)and(18.41±11.65)before treatment, the indexes were significantly decreased after treatment than that before(P < 0.05).Normalized iodine concentration(%) and iodine coverage value of ineffective treatment group in arterial phase respectively were(13.66±6.63)ã€(24.99±10.19)HU after treatment,(9.16±3.74)ã€(21.27±9.36)HU before treatment, the indexes were radically amplified after treatment than that before(P < 0.05).However, when comparing normalized iodine concentration after treatment with that before treatment in the two groups in venous phase were no statistical significance(P>0.05)3. Comparative analysis between the two groups before and after treatment indicated that the normalized iodine concentration and iodine coverage values were no statistically significance in the arterial phase and venous phase(P > 0.05);comparison between the two groups after treatment indicated that normalized iodine concentration and iodine coverage values of effective treatment group were significantly lower than that of ineffective treatment group(P < 0.05) in arterial phase, but there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05) in venous phase between the two groups. Conclusion:Dual energy CT technology iodine maps reflected intralesional vascularization degree, and it could provide functional information, although three dimensional volumetric measurement reflected lesion morphology changes objectively, and it could provide the information of morphological changes. The combination of the two technologies can provide more plenty significance for the medical estimate of patients with lung cancer, so it is feasible for evaluating the curative effect of lung cancer. |
