As one of the core processes of the major Traditional Chinese pharmaceutical production,the temperature control of the extraction process and the concentration process on the Extraction tank plays a decisive role on quality and efficacy of the production. Temperature control of the Modern Traditional Chinese medicine on the multifunctional extraction tank and concentration is developing towards the direction of high precision, high stability and easy to apply, which comes up with higher requirements to the design of the temperature control process on extraction tank and concentration. In this paper, we make the design and field experiments, against the temperature control on the extraction tanks and the concentration of a large manufacturer of Traditional Chinese medicine, and make a deep study on the segments of temperature control stroke which requests higher requirement.First of all, the whole production process of Traditional Chinese medicine are introduced and analyzed, according to the status of all major domestic pharmaceutical production lines. We Analysis the core of the Traditional Chinese medicine production in major sectors according to the experimental site, and introduce the working process and principle of the extraction tanks, as well as how the host computer and lower computer program designed to make close contact with workshop devices according to the actual situation. Meanwhile, the problems of extraction tank temperature control link are described and analyzed.The second, in this paper, the PID temperature control system of the process of the Traditional extraction tank is introduced and analyzed, while the principle and the design ideas of the PID temperature control system is proposed. The design ideas of the PID controller with higher precision and stability is proposed and designed according to the fuzzy rule table which is designed, against the traditional PID temperature controller. The variety of programs conducted in-depth comparison and discussion,according to the field experiments.Then, the key aspects, the stable temperature control of the stroke of the Temperature control process, is focused on and analyzed, while the work requirements of the links is proposed. The temperature-pressure curve and equation which meets the temperature stroke link large domestic pharmaceutical production is designed. For the actual situation and requirements of the certain experiments in the pharmaceutical company, a reasonable adjustment coefficient is designed through several experiments. The designed concept is applied to the program ofautomatic control of the extraction tank. A new design idea is proposed in order to improve the accuracy and stability of the temperature control of traditional Chinese medicine production line.At the last of the paper, the concentrate section of the Chinese medicine production is introduced and analysed, especially for the three important process: double-effect concentration, alcohol precipitation and alcohol recovery. Then the paper makes depth study focus on the control problem of the double-effect concentrator of the concentrate process, and an advanced control scheme, self-tuning control of the concentrator is proposed. The control algorithm focus on the double-effect concentration is deduced. Finally, the control algorithm is applied to the control system of the double effect concentration of the pharmaceutical, and the anti-disturbance simulation test is carried out.
