The Study On The Present Situation Of Male Nurse Occupation Attitude Of Three Level Of First-class Hospital In Fuzhou City And Its Influence Factors

Objective: Survey 13 three level of first-class hospital in Fuzhou professional attitudes status of male nurse and explore the influencing factors in this basis propose interventions and provide a theoretical basis for the hospital managers to better management of male nurses.Methods: Using self-made general questionnaire, development factors of occupation attitude influence and nurses professional attitude scale made by Shanghai Second Military Medical University professor An Li Jiang,170 males nurses’ professional attitude and related factors were investigated and analyze. Using SPSS 19.0 and descriptive analysis,t-test, single factor variance analysis, regression analysis to explore the males nurses’ professional of attitude between different variables and influencing factors.Result:(1) Male nurses’ professional attitude questionnaire covering the comprehensive influencing factors, has good internal consistency and stability test, is practical and feasible.(2) The males nurses’ professional attitudes generally neutral partial positive(5.08+0.98), from the research object of the selected professional attitudes entry content, male nurses having higher recognition personnel quality requirements, and recognise the value of nursing science and the role in the society,and because of the nursing workloads, night shift, long-term overload operation, to bear pressure and produce negative professional attitudes.(3) the results of the study show different positions, compiling, income, employment, reason, post will shift, job satisfaction, can in the post ability to play in the development of hospital, bright future,become nurses and nursing experts, the exchange of learning opportunities, nurses,nursing professional status of low employment pressure, family support attitude, work atmosphere, tedious work, job satisfaction, hospital of male nurses attention,managers concerned about male nurses psychological and emotional needs, by her superiors, colleagues and patients accepted male nurse occupation attitude has difference statistical significance(P<0.05). In order to further explore the main influencing factors about the occupation attitude of male nurses, this study put the occupation attitude is set as the dependent variable, with the basic situation of every entry and staff questionnaire in the influence factors as variables, using stepwise multiple regression analysis, results show that: the duty, income, employment, reason,from the gang will shift, in the hospital development the future is bright, the exchange of learning opportunities, family support, work status, working atmosphere, the tedious work, job satisfaction is a male nurse occupation attitude are the main influencing factors, which can predict the occupation attitude of male nurses 36.6%.Conclusion: the Delphi expert consultation to formulate the "professional attitude of male nurses influencing factors questionnaire" scientific and reliable; the results show that professional attitude of male nurses is positive, but is influenced by many factors,society, school, individual hospital etc. Nursing administrators should all aspects and multiple channels to meet male nurses to realize self value demand, promote the formation of a positive professional attitude.Suggestions:(1) the school aspect: the cultivation of nursing students’ good occupation interest;stability of professional ideas; introduces the advantages and the demand of male nurses, transfer occupation development information in a timely manner; improving the curriculum; build a good team of teachers.(2) the hospital: manage the performance of the male nurse; provide a broad space for development; to improve the working environment; rational use of human resources, to create a good working atmosphere; improve the methods of management, take effective measures to encourage the male nurse’s ability to innovate and work enthusiasm; improve the stability status of male nurses, male nurses group.(3) social aspects: propaganda occupation advantage of male nurses; a shift in public opinion, enhance the awareness of male nurses; the establishment of male nurses working committee.(4) male nurses themselves: To study hard to become nurses;strengthen the training of management quality, pay attention to enhance the ability of teaching and scientific research; self enhancement, more engaged in social welfare undertakings and respect in order to obtain the trust of society from all walks of life.
