Objectives: To summary the clinical characteristics of Treatment for acute type A aortic dissection using implantation of triple-branched aortic arch covered stent and to analyze the clinical effection on Short-term.Methods: Between April 2014 and January 2015,66 well selected patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection Underwent open three branches aortic arch covered stent graft implantation for arch reconstruction.deep hypothermic-circulatory arrested,Selected cerebra perfusion, and the ascending aorta was transected by three branches aortic arch covered stent graft. All of the cases confirmed by means of the abdominal and thoracic aorta CTA and Color Doppler Flow Image(CDFI).Objective To evaluate the clinical characteristic and the effect of Treatment for acute type A aortic dissection using implantation of triple-branched aortic arch covered stent. Analyzed the data through data programming and made quantitative analysis by SPSS17.0—a statistical software. Results: Of all the cases, 51 cases were males, the average age of whom was 53.24±10.27 years(range 39 to 71 years);and 15 cases were female, the average age of whom was 56.18±11.34 years(range 46 to 68 years). the male-to-female ratio was 3.4:1. There were no operative mortality.Postoperative mortality rate of the hospitalized patient was 4.5%.fatal complications were 3 cases,1 of whom was low cardiac output syndrome,1 was acute renal failure, 1 was MODS.In the present cases,The average surgical time was 357.26±10.38 min,The mean cardiopulmonary bypass time was 143.20±21.56 min,and the mean time of DHCA was 3.69±1.58 min.The 54 patients were follow-up in outpatient regularly, with no deaths and reoperation cases, no stent-related complications.Review of abdominal aortic CTA, we find that the trunk bracket vascular and the branch were all unobstructed well, without distorting, and thrombosis in the false lumen between aortic arch and thoracic aortic. Conclusions: The first point is pretty obvious;clearly the treatment for acute type A aortic dissection under deep hypothermic circulatory arrest using implantation of triple-branched aortic arch covered stent is a simple safe and effective method. The procedure have obvious advantage over conventional surgery. It simplifies the aortic arch operation, and lower operative risk in treatment of Stanford type A aortic dissection. Secondly, Conclusion to treat acute type A aortic dissection with implantation of triple-branched aortic arch covered stent, as the curative effect in the near future is well, although further observation is needed to determine its long term effectiveness.Thirdly, Recovery of aortic valve curative effect is stable, and aortic root reconstruction is effective, short-term effect of satisfaction with the surgery. There were no differences in left-cardiac function among 3 months after treatment.
