Objective: The aim of this study is to 1)Explore the difference of peripheral blood coagulation index(PT、APTT、INR、FIB、PLT) between the patients with lung cancer patients and the healthy person,2)Analyze the relationship between peripheral blood coagulation index(PT、APTT、INR、FIB、PLT) and different clinical features of patients with lung cancer, evaluate the clinical significance of peripheral blood coagulation index in patients with lung cancer. Methods: Collectting the patients who was confirmed to be lung cancer by histopathology and the healthy person from January 2013 to December 2013,observe hospital clinical information(gender, age, routine blood, and clotting four and related imaging data) to make statistical analysis. Results: The levels of PT,FIB and PLT was statistically significant differences between patients with lung cancer and control group(12.2±0.73 vs 11.68±1.23,4.19±1.39 vs 3.04±0.64,256.44±85.18 vs 205.15±46.00).The levels of FIB, PLT was statistically significant differences between the female patients with lung cancer and the male patients(4.50±1.43 vs 3.60±1.09,267.68±92.58 vs 234.54±64.10).The levels of FIB, PLT was statistically significant differences in the different types of pathology of the patients with lung cancer(glandular cancer vs squamous carcinoma vs other non-small cell lung cancer types vs small cell lung cancer,3.86±1.29 vs 4.70±1.24 vs 4.33±1.82 vs 5.16±1.76,236.71±72.69 vs 281.87±79.17 vs 347.25±186.20 vs 290.00±99.89).The levels of FIB, PLT was statistically significant differences in the different clinical stages of the patients with lung cancer(stage I vs stage II vs stage III vs stage IV,3.49±0.76 vs 4.42±1.49 vs 4.25±1.11 vs 4.50±1.57,230.40±81.82 vs 288.00±103.00 vs 273.00±97.28 vs 260.00±79.24).The levels of FIB was statistically significant differences the patients with metastasi and thoses without metastasi(4.49±1.56 vs 3.87±1.09).Conclusion: The patients with lung cancer generally have an hypercoagulable state,Especially in male, middle-late stage lung cancer patients.
