| Objective Determination of several in GD and HT patients serum thyroid autoantibodies in level and positive rate, by comparing the differences comparing the antibody level, explore the function of thyroid autoantibodies in different state of AITD patients expression meaning, provide the basis for clinical diagnosis.Methods 80 patients with AITD serum FT3、FT4、TSH、TGAb, TPOAb and TRAb levels, and 40 cases of thyroid healthy controls.Results(1) the GD and HT group TGAb, TPOAb and TRAb levels and positive rate were higher than the control group, and significant difference(p ﹤ 0.05).(2) the GD TPOAb level and the positive rate is lower than the HT group, and significant difference(p ﹤ 0.05).(3) GD TRAb levels and the positive rate is higher than the HT group, with significant difference(p ﹤ 0.05).(4) GD and HT group TGAb level compared with the positive rate, no significant difference(p > 0.05).(5) TPOAb sensitivity in HT group, the highest specificity, TRAb sensitivity in GD group, the highest specificity.with significant difference(p ﹤ 0.05)(6) GD group, between thyroid autoantibodies correlated with each antibody, and the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).(7) HT group, TSH between TPOAb and relevance, and the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05)Conclusion(1) In the GD, TRAb levels and was higher than the other two antibodies, their specificity and sensitivity than the HT group increased TRAb for the diagnosis of the disease is better than several other thyroid autoantibodies, the diagnosis of GD.It may be more valuable.(2) In the HT, TPOAb level and was higher than the other two antibodies, their specificity and sensitivity than the GD group increased TPOAb for the diagnosis of the disease is better than several other thyroid autoantibodies, diagnosis of HT.It may be more valuable.(3) In the GD, the inter-thyroid antibodies each has some relevance, in HT medium, TSH between TPOAb and have some relevance. |
