Objective: Observe and analyze the similarities and differences between the two dialysis micro-inflammation effects of ESRD, providing theoretical guidance in assessing the selection and treatment of dialysis treatment. Methods: Select 30 cases of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis patients and 40 cases of hemodialysis patients from ESRD, In these two groups, there are not liver damage, cancer, active rheumatic disease, infection and diabetes,it did not rule out the use of corticosteroids, the two groups of gender, age difference was not statistically significant. Specimens First pre-dialysis blood hemodialysis patients each week for a dialysis, which is fasting and non-anticoagulant,Specimens the blood of Each continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis peritoneal dialysis patient, which is also fasting and non-anticoagulant. Make the blood collection tube clearly. All the samples are isolated from serum, after that, the samples are stored at Minus 75 degrees Celsius. Automatic biochemical analyzer detect biochemical indicators. Siemens Automatic protein analyzer detects CRP. Using ELISA detects TNF-α 、IL-6.Results: After the two groups of patients with different dialysis serum biochemical indicators in general, the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05). the real acute phase protein, Average serum CRP levels of inflammatory cytokines, Hemodialysis group and the continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis group have difference, and there was a significant difference, there is statistical significance(p<0.05). Except CRP, Pro-inflammatory cytokines IL- 6 and TNF-α average level have also difference, but the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05). in two dialysis, the relationship between the three factors there is no correlation(p>0.05).Conclusions: There is micro-inflammation in ESRD patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis, Micro-inflammation in hemodialysis patients more severe than peritoneal dialysis patients. two dialysis did not affect biochemical indicators. There was no relationship between continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis patients serum of three factors.
