Study Of The Relationship Between Estrogen Receptor Gene Polymorphism And Gastric Cancer Susceptibility Of Hui Nationality In Qinghai

Objective:Study of the relationship between the ERα of PvuⅡ and XbaⅠ,ERβ of RsaⅠand AluⅠsingle nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) distribution of Muslim in Xining region.It reveals ERα and ERβ gene SNPs relationships with Muslim patients of gastric cancer in Qinghai Province. Methods:From October 2013 to January 2015 period. Collect Muslim gastric cancer patients 40 cases from the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University,these patients are diagnosed by pathology.The control group was 40 cases by age,sex,ethnicity matched healthy people.Collect their fasting blood 2~3ml,DNA was extracted.ERα gene PvuⅡand XbaⅠ,ERβ AluⅠand RsaⅠgene single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) are identified by PCR-RFLP method,to analysis the relationship between gene polymorphisms of ERα gene PvuⅡ,XbaⅠ,ERβ gene RsaⅠ,AluⅠand risk of gastric cancer. Results: ER α /Xba Ⅰ gastric group measured XX,Xx,xx genotype frequency is 60%,17.5% and 22.5%;Genotype frequencies in the control group was 15%、2.5%、2.5%;There were significant differences between the two groups(P=0.0001).ERα/PvuⅡand ERβ/AluⅠ,ERβ/RsaⅠgene frequency between stomach cancer and control groups were not significantly correlated. Conclusion:1.Polymorphisms of ERα/XbaⅠmay have some correlation with susceptibility to Muslims gastric cancer in Qinghai Province,the distribution of genotypes may be predisposing factors of gastric Muslim.2.ERα/PvuⅡ polymorphism between Qinghai Muslim not associated with susceptibility to gastric cancer.3.ERβ/Alu Ⅰ,ERβ/Rsa Ⅰ polymorphism between Qinghai Muslim not associated with susceptibility to gastric cancer.
