Wedge Resection Of Lung With Thoracotomy Or VATS On Early Postoperative Lung Function

Objective : Research that pulmonary wedge resection under thoracotomy or thoracoscopy pulmonary, which kind of surgical procedure for patients is better for the recovery of pulmonary function. Methods: Study 60 patients with pulmonary wedge resection of Qinghai University hospital from March 2013 to December 2014 : VATS’s group 30 cases, thoracotomy group 30 cases. Experimental data:(1) the preoperative and the postoperative 3 days, 1 week lung function index(VC, FEV1, FEV and MVV) of patients of two groups;(2) the preoperative and the postoperative 3 days, 1 week blood gas analysis index(Sa O2, PO2, PCO2) of patients of two groups; Preoperative and postoperative collected experimental data need on time, then collect and analysis all data, finally makes the statistical analysis using SPSS software and draw the conclusion. Results:(1) There was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05) between two groups of patients’ index of preoperative pulmonary function(VC, FEV1, FEV and MVV). After operation 3 days, 1 week, The lung function index of 2 groups of patients was rising over time, lung function index difference of patients of 2 groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Tip: wedge resection of lung with VATS on early postoperative lung function recovery is better than pulmonary wedge resection of thoracotomy.(2) There was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05) between two groups of patients’ preoperative blood gas analysis(Sa O2, PO2, PCO2) index. After operation 3 days, 1 week, blood gas analysis index(Sa O2, PO2) of patients of 2 groups was rising over time, blood gas analysis difference of patients of 2 groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). blood gas analysis(PCO2) vary, but there were no statistical differences, Tip: wedge resection of lung with VATS on early postoperative lung function recovery is better than pulmonary wedge resection of thoracotomy. Conclusion:1.Pulmonary wedge resection with VATS can effectively cure disease of patients, at the same time, the greatest degree of reducing the surgery damage to the patients;2.It creates good conditions for postoperative recovery of patients, in favor of the recovery of the postoperative pulmonary function, and improves the quality of early postoperative life of patients.
