Clinical Observation Of Tian Long Tong Fu Decoction In The Treatment Of Acute Intracerebral Hemorrhage(Zhong Fu Syndrome)

Objective:Explore efficacy and safety of Tianlongtongfu Decoction by observed the clinical efficacy of its in treating cerebral hemorrhage in the acute stage of zhongfu syndrome. Further more,provide a new methods for the treatment cerebral hemorrhage in the acute stage of zhongfu syndrome. Methods:1.Clinical data:Seleted 95 cases from the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine ward of affiliated Hospital of He Bei University, from September,2012 to December,2014. According to the Chinese Medical Association neuropathy credits cerebral hemorrhage diagnostic criteria collect cases,and evalution of diagnosis and efficacy refer to《Diagnosis and Curative effect Evaluation Standard》of Stroke Precursor revesed by National TCM acute encephalopathy group.80 cases that comfort to requirements are divided into two groups, by randomly,single-blind and erandomize-controlled methods.Two groups were no significant difference before the experimental between with the age,sex,course of disease。(P>0.05)2. Therapeutic method: Patients in the comparison groups were treated with Mannitol 25g/Q8 H Ivgtt(according to the condition of reduced,until the cessation of application);0.9%Na Cl injection 500 ml and Pantoprazole 40 mg IV,0.9%Na Cl injection 250 ml and Aolaxitan 4.0g IV;Patients in treatment group is treated with Tianlongtongfu Decotion with conventional therapy;The Decoction is used in the amount of 250 ml two times per day, course of treatment is 14 days. Patients were give normal diet during the treatment time,with lowering blood pressure and blood sugar concentration therapies according to the causes of disease. Clinical efficacy is measured after the patients taking the Decoction for 14 days and two months. The data was collected and analyzed.3. Effect and safety: Observing and recording the clinical efficacy in all patients of two groups:recovery of neurological function、abdominal distension eliminate time、defecation tiem、stool frequency、 hemorheology。Statistics data. Before and after the treatment records of the blood-RT,urine-RT,hepatic function,renal function of all patients, as the statistical data for safety observation.4.Statistical Methods: Analyze data used the software of SPSS16.0,measure data is examined with t,expressing x ±S;and ordinal data with Wilcoxon Bank Sum.5.Results5.1 clinical efficacy: 14 days, the total effective rate for the comparison group is 65.00%;with recovery for 3 patients,significant progress for 17 patients,a little progress 6 patients, no variety for 14 patients;the total effective rate for the treatment group is 85.00%:with recovery for 7 patients,significant progress for 22 patients,a little progress 5 patients, no variety for 6 patients;The differences between the total effective rates of the two groups are statistically significant(P<0.05);following for two months, the total effective rate for the comparison group 40 patients was 57.50%;with recovery for 3 patients,significant progress for 15 patients,a little progress 5 patients, no variety for 17 patients;the total effective rate for the treatment group 40 patients is 80.00%:with recovery for 7 patients,significant progress for 19 patients,a little progress 6 patients, no variety for 8 patients;The differences between the total effective rates of the two groups are statistically significant(P<0.05);Showing that Tianlongtongfu Decoction has obvious therapeutical effect。5.2 The defect score of neurological function: After treatment, relatived with comparison,the defect score of neurological function in treatment group was significantly declined(P<0.05)。5.3 Hemorheology changes: After treatment,relatived with comparison group,the level of hemorheology in treatment group was changed,but not statistical significance(P>0.05)。5.4 comparison with abdominal distension eliminate time 、 The time of first defecation、stool frequency:14 days after treatment, eliminate time of abdominal distension had significantly differences between two groups.(P<0.05); the time and frequency of first defecation had statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05)。5.5 Adverse effects and side effects: There are no obvious side effects and adverse effects in two groups during the clinical observation process. There are not obvious change in the experimental drugs during the laboratory inspection results(blood-RT, urine-RT, renal function, hepatic function)of those groups before and after the treatment.Conclusion:Tianlongtongfu Decoction has obvious therapeutic effect for the clinical efficacy of cerebral hemorrhage in the acute stage of zhongfu;and it can improve the neurological function;but not significant differences on hemorheology。Study of Tianlongtongfu Decoction shows that it has not obvious side effects and adverse effects.Therefore,it was used to clinical application on future.
