Objective Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) first perfusion and delayed enhancement scan in the evaluation of myocardial ischemic heart disease activity application value and MRI technology.Methods Image information collection full of 29 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy, using high field mri scanners, MR scan, film imaging, myocardial perfusion and delayed enhancement scanning, observe first a perfusion cardiac ventricular wall motion, and delayed enhanced signal characteristics, through the post-processing workstation, calculate the first infusion time, infusion biggest rising slope, and the determination of normal myocardium and the ventricular cavity perfusion time, the first pass perfusion largest that first rising slope, including 17 cases of patients with coronary artery angiography.Results 29 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy, a total of 493 heart was sarcomere period of evaluation, including 27 cases 142 period saw a first perfusion signals to reduce, the biggest rising slope;There are 32 section area appear delayed reinforcement accordingly.142 section 22 segments of ventricular wall motion abnormalities, abnormal movement of ventricular wall thickening rate decreased;17 in 29 patients underwent coronary angiography, coronary artery in 14 cases of severe stenosis, 3 cases not found coronary artery in patients with severe stenosis.In 14 cases of severe stenosis of coronary arteries, the arteries narrow corresponding blood 42 segments to the 32 section shows the first perfusion signals to reduce, four segments showed delayed reinforcement, six segments showed ventricular wall motion abnormalities.Coronary angiography did not see severe stenosis in 3 cases, 2 cases of abnormal mri did not see, 1 case showed local myocardial perfusion decreases first.142 show perfusion, reduction compared to its maximum rising slope and normal myocardial perfusion curve difference was statistically significant;22 a ventricular wall motion was abnormal, the cardiac muscle thickening rate compared with the adjacent normal myocardium, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion MR from the form, function, the first infusion to comprehensive evaluation of myocardial and delayed enhanced activity, intuitive observation room wall motion, clearly shows the location of the myocardial infarction, position and degree, therefore more parameters and sequence MRI technology in the myocardial ischemic heart disease activity has important clinical value in the evaluation.
