Detection Significance Of VEGF And PD-ECGF In Advanced Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma With Tace Treatment

Objective To research the expression and efficacy correlation of serum VEGF & PD-ECGF level of before & after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods Selected 58 cases of HBV-related HCC patients with advanced,In accordance with the wishes of patients and their families to accept TACE treatment,Divided into 23 cases of non-TACE group, TACE group of 35 cases,Another 30 healthy volunteers as a control group.In preoperative 1day, after 1 day & 4 weeks were collected after fasting serum of HCC Patients with VEGF & PD-ECGF by ELISA detection,Analyze the relationship between VEGF、PD-ECGF and clinical data, biochemical results, AFP, etc. Results(1)There was no significant difference in TACE group & non-TACE group compared with the control group of preoperative serum AFP,VEGF, PD-ECGF levels(P<0.05).(2)35 cases of liver cancer patients with TACE group compared with postoperative 1 day & preoperative 1 day,the levels of VEGF& PD-ECGF were significantly increased and significant Difference(ta=-16.9, tb=-4.780, P<0.00, Remainder P>0.05), Compared with postoperative 4 weeks & preoperative 1 day,the levels of AFP were significantly droped and significant difference(tC=5.888,P<0.000,Remainder P>0.05),Compared with postoperative 4 weeks & postoperative 1 day,the levels of VEGF、 PD-ECGF were significantly droped and significant difference(tA=-17.954,tB=-8.374,P<0.000).(3)According to the efficacy of TACE criteria in the research, 35 cases of HCC patients assess the efficacy after 4 weeks with TACE treatment, effective group of 26 cases,ineffective group of nine cases,the total efficiency is 74.29%.There was significant difference in serum VEGF & PD- ECGF levels in effective group compared with ineffective group at preoperative 1day & after 1 day( tV E G F 1 d=-5.686、 tP D- E C G F 1 d=-7.61, tV E G F 4 W=-7.385, tP D- E C G F 4 W=-9.762, P<0.05), Compared with ineffective group at postoperative 1 day & 4 weeks,there was significant difference in serum VEGF & PD- ECGF levels in effective group(ta=3.802, tb=4.262, P<0.05),there was significant difference in serum VEGF & PD- ECGF levels in ineffective group( tc=1.563,td=0.157,P>0.05).( 4)58 cases of HCC patients, thrombus group of 22 patients,without thrombus group of 36 patients, compared with Preoperative serum AFP, VEGF, PD-ECGF level, There was significant difference in VEGF, PD-ECGF level(tV E G F=- 9.424, tP D- E C G F=-5.623, P<0.05), However,There was no significant difference in AFP levels(tA F P =-0.536, P>0.05).(5)By Pearson correlation analysis with serum VEGF, PD-ECGF levels and clinical data and test indicators of 58 cases HCC patients,It was positively correlation between the level of VEGF and PD-ECGF in HCC patients(r=0.535, P<0.05),It was positively correlation between VEGF & PD-ECGF level and HCC on the basis of portal vein thrombosis(r=0.459,P<0.05),The VEGF & PD-ECGF level were on correlation with age,sex,drinking,HBe Ag positive,liver cirrhosis(P>0.05),and also were no correlation with the levels of AFP 、 ALT 、 ALB 、 TBIL 、 PTA 、 PTL 、 HBV DNA,etc(P>0.05).Conclusion VEGF & PD-ECGF have a synergistic effect during angiogenesis, Their levels can be used as evaluation of the efficacy of prognostic indicators after TACE.
