Part 1:The correlation research between the expression of caspase-9 and apoptosispinal nerve after spinal cord injury in ratsObjective: To research Allen’s method to the expression of caspase-9 and apoptosis of spinal nerve after spinal cord injury in rats at different time points.Methods: 30 adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: group for blank, group for control(SD rats only using lamina decompression, no damage to the spinal cord). surgery group( spinal cord injury).3 groups were used CBS score before processing, after CBS score began to derive at the corresponding 6h, 12 h, 24 h time point, specimens of the spinal cord were used to HE staining, TUNELResults: staining and immunohistochemical detection of the expression of caspase-9.Conclusion: Allen’s method to heavy blow after spinal cord injury in rats, neural cell appear to apoptosis, and the occurrence of apoptosis may be related to caspase-9 expression..Part 2:The correlation research between zinc ions changs and caspase-9 expression after spinal cord injury in ratsObjective: Using the Allen’s method to study the change of zinc ion and the expression of caspase-9 after spinal cord injury in rats at different time points, to research the correlation.Methods: 42 adult SD rats, weight is in 200-250 g.Divided into 5 groups:Group A for blank group 6 rats. Group B for control group 6 rats, SD rats only lamina decompression, no damage to the spinal cord. Group C for SD rat spinal cord injury 6 h 10 rats. Group D for SD rat spinal cord injury 12 h 10 rats.Group E for SD rat spinal cord injury 24 h 10 rats.5 groups were used CBS score before processing, after CBS score began to derive at the corresponding 6h, 12 h, 24 h time point, specimens of the spinal cord were used to traceelement detection to detect the concentration of the zinc ions in each sample.Results: 5 groups of rat spinal cord containing zinc ions, and the concentration is not high. Group AB and Group CDE the zinc ion concentration has no statistical significance.Conclusion: We can’t observe weather zinc ion involve in the cell apoptosis after spinal cord injury in rats,and there is no correlation with caspase-9.
