Objectives:to values of CTP scoring system,MELD scoring system, MELD-Na scoring system and IMELD scoring system in acute-on-chronic hepatitis B liver failure. To compare the value of the score methods to predict the short term prognosis of acute on chronic liver failure. Methods: a retrospective analysis of 32 cases of hepatitis B patients with acute on chronic liver failure related to slow in October 1, 2012-2014 year in August 1st in our hospital and the hospital infection diagnosis and treatment. Diagnostic criteria in line with the Chinese Medical Association standard of acute liver failure in chronic liver failure in the 2012 guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of [1]. According to the admission of patients diagnosed with hepatitis B virus related acute on chronic liver failure to within 3 months of diagnosis is alive and divided into survival group(n = 12) and death group(20 cases). The general data(age, gender), with conventional laboratory tests(serum creatinine, serum sodium concentration, alpha fetoprotein, fasting blood glucose, liver function index)(albumin, bilirubin, prothrombin time, prothrombin activity, international normalized ratio of INR, total cholesterol, triglyceride, etc.). The data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software. Statistics of CTP score in patients with [2-3], MELD score, MELD-Na[6-7] score and [4-5] IMELD score, survival of 3 months after diagnosis and patients prognosis scoring system, the predictive value of. According to the results of the ROC curve, the area under the curve(AUC) of parallel computing. AUC > 0.7 have a higher predictive value.(P < 0.05, there was statistical significance). Results: the CTP score, MELD score, MELD-Na score system and the value of IMELD scoring system in size and mortality in patients with HBV related acute on chronic liver failure were positively correlated, the results were statistically significant(P < 0.05). 4 prognostic model, the area under the curve was 0.740, the MELD scoring system in the area under the curve was 0.810, the MELD-Na scoring system in the area under the curve was 0.827, IMELD score of 0.8476 under the curve area system, the MELD score system prediction value, no significant difference between each other. Conclusion: the value of CTP score and MELD score system related to hepatitis B patients with acute on chronic liver failure have a certain prediction of short-term prognosis, MELD of prognosis is better than the CTP rating system, but the MELD scoring system, the score for a short period prognostic value in patients with.
