Objective:The information content module applicable to the construction of permanent colostomy in patients with rectal cancer in archives management. At present there is no domestic of permanent colostomy for rectal cancer patient information file system module content management standard, for making a can through the network of comprehensive management in patients with permanent colostomy for rectal cancer information file system provides a theoretical basis, easy to get prompt attention and care of patients after discharge, improve the self nursing ability, so as to reduce the complications, improve the quality of life of patients; at the same time can reduce the workload of the nursing personnel, and can grasp the dynamics of the basic situation of the permanent colostomy patients and give timely guidance and nursing.Method:This study chose the Delphi method. In the module construction early through the literature analysis method, brainstorming, expert interviews to form the first rounds of consultation module content. The first part consultation list includes ostomy patients information module, stoma nursing modules, stoma patients continue nursing modules, colostomy patients with adaptation module, colostomy patients with network platform module five level indicators, 16 second level indexes and 49 tertiary indexes. The Likerts5 grades the importance and feasibility of assignment to each index, which in importance rating: 1 = very unimportant, 2 = unimportant, 3 = moderately important, 4 =the more important, 5 = the most important; the feasibility score: 1 =very infeasible, 2 = infeasible, 3 = moderate feasible, 4 = the more feasible, 5 =the most feasible. The second part inquiry table of contents asked experts to fill in the basic situation, familiar degree and judgment basis, familiarity with divided into five grades: very familiar(1.0) and familiar(0.8), generally familiar(0.6), unfamiliar(0.4), very unfamiliar(0.2) judgment on the basis of: theoretical basis and practical experience at home and abroad, the reference literature and subjective judgments, experts according to their scoring. After the first round of expert consultation, to modify the index, and issued a second round of questionnaire. The results of the second round of expert consultation for statistical analysis, and ultimately determine the indicators at all levels. From seven provinces and cities nationwide in 15 tertiary hospitals of 30 experts were two rounds of consultation, also the expert feedback information in the importance and feasibility of the mean score < 3.5, coefficient of variation> 0.25 entries to delete and according to expert advice on all levels of index entries were increased, delete or modify, SPSS17.0 software is applied to the data for statistical analysis. The questionnaire recovery rate(%) reflect the expert’s enthusiasm; to the authority of the coefficient to determine an expert authority degree; with entry of the average maximum and minimum value judgment expert opinion concentration degree; variation coefficient and Kendall’s(Kendall)coefficient of concordance said experts coordination degree. Results:Two rounds of expert consultation expert positive coefficient were 100% and 93.33%, the expert advice rate were 53.33% and 33.33%. Expert authority coefficient is 0.847. The degree of expert opinion is 4.60~4.67. Expert coordination coefficient is 0.195~0.266. Two rounds of expert consultation, on the basis of the importance and feasibility of assignment average all > 3.50 and the coefficient of variation < 0.25 two standards of index screening, and ultimately determine the four level indicators(colostomy patient information module, stoma nursing modules, stoma patients continue nursing modules, colostomy patients with network platform module), 11 secondary indexes, 36 third class indexes information module content system. Conclusion:The establishment of permanent colostomy patients with rectal cancer specific content of archival information module, is conducive to scientific management of permanent colostomy patients, is conducive to promoting the development of nursing of the stoma; two rounds of expert consultation results show: Delphi method for the screening of permanent colostomy patients with rectal cancer archives information module content is reliable; at the same time set to provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive management of permanent colostomy patients with rectal cancer information system through the network for the next step.
