Objective:To investigate the expression of GPRC5A(Gprotein-coupled receptor family C,member5,group A),SOCS3(suppressor of cytokine signaling 3) and STAT3(signal thansducer and activator of transcription 3) in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),in order to detect their relationship with the clinical pathologic feature and the correlation between the three.Methods:The immunohistochemical staining method was used to detect the expression of GPRC5 A,SOCS3 and STAT3 in NSCLC(n=92)and 40 normal pericarcinous tissues.And the correlation between the expression of these proteins of NSCLC was analyzed.Results:1.The expression of GPRC5 A in NSCLC and adjacent normal tissues:GPRC5A positive expression was mainly located in membrane,some in cytoplasm, the positive expression rates of GPRC5 A were43.4% in lung cancer tissue but 77.5% in lung benign lesions tissue(p<0.05).37.5% in squamous cell carcinoma,50.0% in adenocarcinoma,the difference was not statistically significant;the expression was negatively correlated with tne degree of differentiation,metastasia of NSCLC(P<0.05),but had nothing to do with other factors.2. The expression of SOCS3 in NSCLC and adjacent normal tissues: SOCS3 positive expression was mainly located in cytoplasm,the positive expression rates of SOCS3were44.6% in lung cancer tissue but 100% in lung benign lesions tissue(p<0.05) the expression was significant correlated with the degree of differentiation,metastasia of NSCLC(P<0.05)3. The expression of STAT3 in NSCLC and adjacent normal tissues: STAT3 positive expression was mainly located in cytoplasm,some in nuclei, the positive expression rates of STAT3 were 76.0% in lung cancer tissue but 32.5% in lung benign lesions tissue(p<0.05) the expression was significant correlated with the degree of differentiation,metastasia of NSCLC(P<0.05)4.The expression level of GPRC5 A,SOCS3and STAT3 was closely related to cell differentiation,clinical stages and lymph node involvement(P<0.05).GPRC5 A protein expression was positively correlated with the expression of SOCS3 protein( r=0.537P<0.05), GPRC5 A protein expression was negatively correlated with the expression of STAT3 protein(r=-0. 228 P<0.05),SOCS3 protein expression was negatively correlated with the expression of STAT3 protein(r=-0.369 P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression level of GPRC5 A, SOCS3, STAT3 played an important role in the occurrence and development of NSCLC, there was a significant correlation between the three, This conclusion provided basis for the deep research of the control path and provided new ideas for the targeted therapy of lung cancer.
