Objective:To observe the visual bocconi visual laryngoscope with ordinary laryngoscope endotracheal intubation hemodynamic in patients with hypertension and the influence of the stress response. Methods:Marked by the breath tube fitting line of laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia intubation hypertension Ⅰ- Ⅱ grade 80 cases of patients, operation time is less than two hours.Aged 40 to 60, ASA Ⅰ- Ⅱ level, were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group, and group N laryngoscope(normal group), group G(see "visual laryngoscope group), all blood pressure of hypertension patients with preoperative medicating group of horizon in no more than 140/90 mm Hg. Monitoring intubation time S(from laryngoscope lens into the mouth to the endotracheal tube in time to the appropriate depth), before anesthesia induction based value(T0), immediate intubation(T1), 1 min after intubation(T2), 3 min(T3), 5 min(T4), 10 min(T5) blood pressure(BP) and heart rate(HR), the double index(RPP), and respectively before anesthesia induction based value(T0), 10 min after intubation(T5), 60 min after intubation(T6), measuring the concentration of cortisol in the blood was collected venous blood. Results:1. The timing of bocconi visual laryngoscope intubation group(group G) is longer than ordinary laryngoscope(N group)(P < 0.05). Immediate intubation(T1), 1 min after intubation(T2), 3 min(T3) at the time of blood pressure(BP) and heart rate(HR), the double index(RPP) compared with the basic value has a great range of increased(P < 0.05). 5 min(T4), 10 min(T5) blood pressure(BP) and heart rate(HR), the double index(RPP) gradually reduced compared with the basic values, change is not big,(P > 0.05), and T1, T2, T3, BP, HR, and RPP increased amplitude, G < N group(P < 0.05), T4, T5, two groups of BP, HR, and RPP are gradually reducing, the change of two groups have no obvious difference(P > 0.05)).2. The two groups after intubation in patients with cortisol leels in the blood for 10 min(T5), 60 min(T6) compared with T0 time, were significantly increased(P < 0.05), and the group G rise < N group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:compared with using common laryngoscope, the apparent can hypertension patients, visual laryngoscope in tone tube intubation stress reaction, as a result of smaller, hemodynamic more smoothly, but the intubation time was not significantly reduced.
