811 Patients With Allergic Skin Diseases Allergen Test Results Analysis

Objective:to study the patients to a hospital of shanxi University, allergic to what allergens,specific Ig E and the correlation between total Ig E and allergic skin diseases, easy to take corresponding measures of prevention and active treatment. Through the common allergens of allergic skin disease patients, in vitro were tested for the cause of allergic skin diseases diagnosis and effective prevention and timely treatment provided a basis for the value.Methods:to choose in October 2012 to October 2014 to the first clinical hospital of shanxi medical University dermatologist clinics and examine the 811 patients with allergic skin diseases of the allergen. Including 480 patients with urticaria and atopic dermatitis in 331 cases, including 308 cases of male patients, 503 cases of female patients; Aged 1, 87- year- old. With German Allery Sereen Mediwiss company production system, using western blot method, the allergens in human serum [including food into sex and inhaled allergens]semi-quantitative tests s Ig E, then use Sp SS17.0 software analysis results.Results:(1)811 patients with 182 cases in total Ig E < 100 k U/L(22.44%), 100 ~ 200 k U/L of225 cases(27.74%), > 200 k U/L 404 cases(49.82%), total Ig E positive rate was77.56%.(2)811 patients with 597 cases slg E positive, positive rate was 73.62%. Only40.70% of patients detected an allergen is positive, the highest percentage, 17.14% ofpatients detected two allergens positive, 15.78% of patients detected more than three and three kinds of positive allergen.(3) Inhaled allergens the three positive rate is 28.24% of dust mites, artemisia/short ragweed 11.47%, mold combination is 9.99%; Food allergen in the sex the three positive rate is 11.22%, milk mango/peach/apple/cherry 8.63%, cashew nuts/peanut/soybean 7.03%. Inhaled allergens s Ig E total positive rate 86.1% greater than the food allergen in the sex of the total positive rate 43.4%, statistically significant difference(chi-square = 304, p < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)811 patients with allergic skin diseases of the positive predictive value of serum total Ig E is greater than the positive rate of each allergen s Ig E shows some allergic skin diseases are the testing items of allergens, also may be caused other than Ig E mediated allergy.(2)811 patients with allergic skin diseases most only 1 or 2 kind of allergen positive,can target in patients with an allergen positive allergens of desensitization therapy.(3)Inhalation allergen positive rate is much higher than the food into the allergen positive rate,inhaled allergens is top three household dust mites, artemisia/short ragweed, mold combination; Eat the three allergens is milk, mango/peach/apple/cherry, cashew nuts/peanut/soybean.
