Objective:Evaluation of CARTO three anatomical marks measuring system for radiofrequency ablation of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia. Method:42 patients with atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia can be dicided into the CARTO group(28 cases)and control group(14 cases by conventional X-ray radiofrequency ablation),Comparison of two groups of operation time,X-ray exposure time and discharge frequency,discharge time,and so on and so forth. Results:(1)There Complete radiofrequency treatment in 42 cases,1 patients with conventional radiofrequency fail to successfully completed under the guidance of CARTO three treatm-ent;(2)comparison of the two power,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);CARTO group than the control group in the operation time,there was no statistically significant difference(105.7±30.2min / 115.6±33.4min,P>0.05);(3)X-ray exposure time CARTO group was obviously shortened(9.1±2.7min / 15.2±6.3min,P<0.05),significantly shorten the discharge time(406.2±73.1s / 752.1±64.6s,P<0.05),discharge frequency decreased significantly(4±2次 / 9±3次,P<0.05);(4)Two groups of intraoperative and postoperative did not appear atrioventricular block,no complications occurred. Conclusion:Radiofrequency ablation atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia under the guidance of CARTO three electroanatomic mapping system,can obviously shorten the X-ray exposure time,reduce the discharge time and frequency.
