The Expression Of C/EBP α In The Bone Marrow Cells Of The Mice Which Suffer From Immunologically Mediated Aplastic Anemia And The Correlation Analysis Of Both C/EBP α And The Mice Blood Cells

Objective:Testing the expression of C/EBP α in the bone marrow cells of the mice which suffer from aplastic anemia, and studying the pimelosis mechanism of the bone marrow cells suffering from aplastic anemia. Methods:1.The modelling of the mice which suffer from immunologically mediated aplastic anemia;2.The mice WBC,HGB and PLT of both the model group and the normal one were detected and the trends analysis was made;3.Immunohistochemical determination of the positive rate and the localization of the expression of C/EBP α in the bone marrow cells of the mice which suffer from aplastic anemia,and the determination of the grey value to show the amount of protein;4. Statistical analysis. Results:1. Compared with the normal group, the WBC and PLT of the model group declined obviously from the third day, while the HGB decreased slowly.2. The positive cells expression percentage of C/EBP α in the bone marrow cells of the mice which suffer from aplastic anemia increased obviously(21.92%±3.11%), while the percentage of the normal group(3.10%±1.57%), t=24.15, P < 0.001, and the C/EBP α is mainly expressed in the nucleus.3. The grey value of AA group(the model group)(133.64±19.77), while the normal group(82.95±7.41), t=26.38, P < 0.001.4.. r1,r2 and r3 represent respectively protein amount grey value of the C/EBP α in the AA group and WBC, HGB, PLT after the correlation analysis,r1=-0.867,r2=-0.828,r3=-0.80 4, P<0.001. Conclusions:The protein amount of C/EBP α in the bone marrow cells of the mice which suffer from aplastic anemia increased obviously, and it was negatively related to the hematopoietic cells, and also it is probably associated with the occurrence of aplastic anemia.
