Objective:To study prognosis factors of sudden sensorineural hearing loss. Methods:To study clinical data of 288 patients with SSHL,from January 2010 to December 2012 retrospectively, To regard prognosis as the dependent variable(Y), gender, age, course of diseases, season, inducement, tinnitus, vertigo, presence of systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and the degree of hearing loss, hearing loss curve type, treatment, and other factors as independent variable, processing the single factor analysis and multiple factors Logistic stepwise regression analysis. Results :By single factor analysis,,the statistically significant factors: vertigo, history of hearing loss, application of Batroxobin, degree of hearing loss, hearing loss curve type, course of diseases. Multiariable Logistic regression results showed following five factors: course of diseases, with vertigo, history of hearing loss, hearing loss curve type, application of Batroxobin were related with prognosis. Conclusion:Patients with SSHL of timely treated, without vertigo, applied Batroxobin, and patients with rising type curves were receive better prognosis.
