| Objective To investigate nanobacteria infection in the Unilateral kidney pelvis urine upper urinary tract calculi patients. Methods the Bilateral kidney pelvis urine from 27 upper urinary tract stone patients and Midpiece urine from 27 control were collected for NB culture. And used alizarin red, Transmission electron microscope, immunofluorescence method to investigate the appearance and components of cultural NB,and make qualitative analysis on urinary calculi by infrared spectroscopy to investigate its relationship with the nanobacteria. Results The positive rate of nanobacteria was 81.5% among the stone side kidney pelvis urine samples of 27 Unilateral Upper Urinary Tract calculi Patients and was 40.9% among the contralateral kidney pelvis urine samples. there was significant difference between the positive rate of(χ2 =8.586, P =0.003). 6 mdpiece urine sample were found infected nanobacteria in 27 healthy people.there was significant difference between the positive rate of Unilateral Upper Urinary Tract calculi Patients and the positive rate of healthy people(χ2 =18.989,P < 0.001). The rate(55.6%) of mixed calcium oxalate and carbonate phosphatic stone is the highest of the 18 cases of urinary stones patients, The rate of pure calcium oxalate stone is the second high(38.9%). Conclusion Nanobacterial infections and urinary stones have certain relevance, and the in-fection of the nanobacteria might result in urinary tract calculi. |
