Objective: To investigate hospitalized cancer patients through chemotherapy cancer related fatigue(CRF)status quo, describing the condition of patients with chemotherapy CRF and the main factors to explore the relationship between social support and the effectiveness of chemotherapy in patients with CRF and between general self, for Cancer Care Work carried out targeted oncology nursing and psychological intervention to provide a theoretical basis, provide a reference for better assessment and improvement of CRF.Methods: A descriptive study design, take convenience sampling method, surveyed 200 cancer patients receiving chemotherapy, the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang province. Questionnaire, questionnaire by general self-designed questionnaire, Piper Fatigue Scale Chinese revision, Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS), composed of four parts list General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES). Using SPSS17.0 software for data for statistical analysis.Result:1.90% of the presence of cancer-related fatigue in patients, overall fatigue and behavioral dimensions,emotional dimension, perceived dimensions, cognitive dimension tired average score between6.19±2.64-5.16±2.20, are in a moderate degree of fatigue;2. cancer related fatigue and subjective support and utilization degree of social support scores negatively correlated, which objective support and behavior, emotional dimensions of fatigue was positively correlated with the degree of support for the use of cognitive dimension of fatigue was negatively correlated(P < 0.01 or P <0.05);3. Patients with cancer chemotherapy-related fatigue scores were significantly negatively correlated(P<0.05 or P <0.01) and general self-efficacy;4.Univariate analysis showed that the way to live, chemotherapy cycle, self-efficacy, social support and objective support, subjective support, utilization of support, respectively, the overall dimensions of fatigue or fatigue were significantly correlated. In terms of overall fatigue, social support and the support of the subjective and objective support, self-efficacy has a significant effect on the degree of fatigue in patients with cancer chemotherapy.Conclusion:Patients with cancer chemotherapy in this region due to the higher incidence of fatigue; fatigue average is moderate fatigue; in the majority of patients with moderate to severe fatigue; the impact of cancer-related fatigue is a major factor in social support in the subjective and objective support,self-efficacy.Recommended that health care workers should focus on the main factors intervene, so as to reduce the extent of the patient’s cancer-related fatigue.
