ObjectiveDual-source CT perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of hepatic metastases and clinical value.MethodCT perfusion was performed in 25 patients with liver metastases use Siemens dual-source CT, get blood flow (BF), blood volume (BV), time to peak (TTP), hepatic arterial perfusion (ALP), portal vein perfusion (PVP), hepatic perfusion index (HPI) perfusion parameters and perfusion pseudo-color image, corresponding statistical analysis.Results(1) liver metastases hepatic artery perfusion and perfusion index were significantly higher than the surrounding liver parenchyma, and portal vein perfusion decreased significantly shorten the time to peak.(2) liver metastases TDC mixed performance, but showed more obvious upward slope, peak time earlier (20-30s)(3) on the pseudo-color pictures of HPI and ALP,Outer peripheral lesions were high perfusion performance, hypovascular metastases center mostly low perfusion, hypervascular metastases center mostly uneven high perfusion, surrounding normal liver parenchyma was slightly lower perfusion. On PVP image, the lesions were highly significantly lower perfusion surrounding normal liver parenchyma showed high perfusion.(4)HPI and ALP perfusion pseudo-color image more Larger than contrast-enhanced CT image.ConclusionsDual-source CT perfusion can reflect liver metastasis blood supply and assessment of the true size of the tumor, the transfer of preoperative to guide and postoperative effect evaluation is of great significance.
