Objectives: Ropivacaine, which works as a long term performance amide-type anesthesia agents, has obtained more and more attentions for anti-postoperative pain. This study invested the feasibility of local anesthetic by injecting Ropivacaine for patients’ analgesic effect after SILA(single-incision laparoscopic appendectomy), and meanwhile, we invested the anti-postoperative pain difference between local anesthetic by injecting Ropivacaine and traditional anesthetic method.Method: 78 in-hospital cases(acute appendicitis and chronic appendicitis) were studied from June 2012 to December 2013, all cases were treated with SILA. Randomly pooling by using Excel “Rand()” function, these cases are divided into 2 groups(39 cases in experiment group and 39 cases in control group). All cases were diagnosed by comprehensive procedure which includes pathography inquired, physical examinations, complete accessary examinations, and surgery contraindication check. The experiment group were treated by SILA combined with local anesthetic by injecting Ropivacaine(After general anesthesia, the operative region was sterilized and covered by surgical drape, and 10 ml 0.25% Ropivacaine was multi-point injected around patient’s navel. After the operation, one series of 10 ml 0.25%Ropivacaine were injected from the deeper layer to the surface layer of the incision before suture), and control group were applied SILA. After the operation, two groups of patient’s HR changing, required pain killer dose and time from the patient, postoperative exhaust time, lying time, postoperative in hospital time were recorded. At the same time, the infection rate of incision were recorded. One detail comparison among these parameters between two groups was conducted to make conclusion. Results: Compared to traditional lidocaine local anesthetic method,Ropivacaine local anesthetic presents good anti-postoperative pain effect, patients show shorter postoperative in hospital time, and no obvious adverse effects to the patients. The results have statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusions: SILA combined with local anesthetic by injecting Ropivacaine could decrease the postoperative pain significantly with low occurrence of observed adverse effects, high safety level, high patient satisfaction, and easy to apply during the operation. This method deserves widely popularized.
