Objective:To evaluate the prognositic factors of colorectal carcinoma in the aged on more than 35.Methods:152 colorectal carcinoma patients whose median aged is 32,77 males and 75females.Survival analysis was conducted using Kaplan-Meier method, and multivariate analysis was conducted with Cox regression to analyze the prognostic factors. Results More carcinomas of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma and more stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ.The prognostic factors included postoperative complication, histological grade, clinical stage and radical surgery.Univariate analysis showed that the predictors of survival were age colorectal cancer histological grade, clinical stage and radical surgery had significant effects on the survival of patients survival prognosis, signet ring cell carcinoma and poorly differentiated carcinoma, the late clinical stage, not radical surgery is poor prognosis factors. There were more poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma than others. The prognosis of colorectal carcinoma in the aged no more than 35 after radical surgery is good.Patient’s gender, family history, hemoglobin levels, the presence of vascular tumors bolt associated with survival in patients with no significance (P> 0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that the clinical stage is the independent factor. (P< 0.001).
